I truly recommend Bliss Fitness. I’ve never been someone who could stay consistent with physical activity, but since starting boxing and gym training at Bliss six months ago, I’ve completely changed my routine. Special thanks to Maikhue (my trainer) and all the coaches for their careful, supportive, and motivating guidance.

Great training, careful programs and good attitude. Recommended, we even got a year subscription and we have just renewed it

Coach Khue is strict, but he gets results. He pushes you to do your best and helps you reach your goals.

I have been training at Bliss, 3 times a week for over a year now. I have a great personal trainer (Cuong). Very professional and experienced. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend training here.

After checking with a handful of other gyms in the area, Bliss seems to be the only gym willing to let you drop in just to hit the bag! They only charge 100 000 dong to work out using only the heavy bag. The bag area has good mats, and they have mirrors for shadow boxing. I really appreciate that they offer this option!

Paid 300k per session as it's cheap I went for it. It's difficult to book sessions and they don't really know what they are doing. It's sales first as they told me they had a personalised fitness plan and then gave me a new coach on my 1st session who had no idea about it. They also embellished their experience levels and don't give any constructive feedback. There are a bunch of 5* reviews from the trainers and 1* from the customers.
