I have been doing a lot of walking around Hanoi and my body was starting to feel a bit stif. I looked into some yoga studios and found California Fitness & Yoga. Ended up signing up for a week guest pass with Jenny. Jenny was very informative and sweet as she walked me around the fitness area showing me everything that my pass included (in case I decided to do something other than yoga). Their yoga schedule was very impressive with two studios and classes starting as early as 6:15am and going through the evening. I went 7 days straight doing 2 classes each day. The instructors were insanely good an even though they instructed mostly in Vietnamese, it was easy for me to follow. I felt amazing after each class and like a new person after the week! It was a very enjoyable experience.

Really great service. We didn’t have the gym memberships and the swimming pools were only for members but the manager lady was so kind she allowed us to use the swimming pool and the facilities with no extra cost.

Went here today and was well taken care of by the staff... Great facilities, clean and sanitized locker rooms, lots of cardio equipment.. Will most certainly return 💯💯💯

I was expecting for 500k that the gym would be very ultra premium but it was only marginally better than what I would have paid for a sub-100k day pass place. All the equipment was maintained well and a decent variety but very limited if wanting to focus on weight training or bodybuilding. Also the conditioning was not working at all so it was very hot. It was very busy when I went so this may have impacted the ac. The crowd was mostly young to middle aged professionals and everyone is kind enough to share space as it was packed. I enjoyed the protein drinks and the wide selection from the drinks bar and was able to pay with card.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I cancelled my membership more than two months ago, yet this gym continues to charge me every single month without authorization. To date, they still owe me more than 2,000,000 VND. Every time I contact the manager, I receive nothing but poor excuses, always blaming the accounting department, with zero accountability and no real solution. Despite repeated promises, nothing has been resolved. I am forced to send messages every week, and the only way I get any response is by contacting my former personal trainer — otherwise, I am completely ignored. This is not how a professional business operates. This situation shows a serious lack of organization, transparency, and respect for clients. Taking money without resolving a cancelled subscription is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering this gym to be extremely careful with their payments and contracts. What should have been a simple cancellation has turned into a long, frustrating, and stressful process.

The attitude of the new male intern is very unpleasant. He doesn't process customer card payments and just sits looking at his phone during working hours. He's arrogant and rude to customers; it's really frustrating to encounter someone like that right from the reception desk. The staff even seem to be acting superior because the female manager is protecting him. Things were fine during my three years of training, but now everything is terrible; many machines are broken, and the staff have very bad attitudes.

How come 1 month costs 75 usd while 1 day is 20 usd? 😂 ridiculous pricing. Also, their google maps location is off by more than one block. Good business!

READ THIS BEFORE GOING Not satisfied whatsoever 1. they roped me into paying $80 (20.000.000Đ) for one month because at first glance I had not seen many options for other gyms (there are so many others, please keep looking). Afterwards I looked online and saw they had posted much cheaper prices online. I tried to get a refund immediately after saying I changed my mind, but they would not let me. 2. If I am paying 2.000.000Đ ($80USD) I’m expecting this gym to be incredible. It’s comparable to a $15-20 a month average gym wherever you are from. 3. There is only one squat rack, and the place is packed. There is barely a place to stretch in their mobility/warmup area as well. 4. Now I find out I am having to pay 8.000Đ every time I park my bike, which was the final straw for me writing this review. 5. If thinking of a day pass, the prices are still around $25USD. Go somewhere else, you won’t regret it. Extremely frustrated with this gym, though the everyday staff has been kind.
