We are absolutely delighted with this gym! The equipment is modern and well-maintained, everything is always clean, and the group classes are fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to our personal trainer, Rico. He is highly professional, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about what he does. He works with our daughter, and thanks to him she has completely fallen in love with going to the gym. He managed to show her that exercising can be fun and enjoyable. Now she looks forward to every session and asks us every day, "When are we going to the gym?" Before meeting Rico, she wasn't very interested in physical activity, so this change has been amazing to see. This is not our first time in Vietnam, and every time we are here, we choose this gym chain in different cities. The quality and service have always been excellent. We highly recommend this gym to everyone and will definitely come back again on our next visit to Vietnam.

A great gym that falls short of its potential and fails on some basics. I've been a member for over 18 months, here are my issues with it: 1. No gym etiquette - plates are left everywhere all over the gym floor, particularly around machines which creates trip hazards. People don't re-rack, weights and generally hard to find plates because of this. No one follows any ruling and the staff don't care (including PTs). There's also no spray bottles to clean up after you've used a piece of equipment. The gym is generally very clean but would be nice to be able to clean after using equipment for others to keep hygiene. 2. There's only 2 folding benches on the entire gym floor! Even small gyms have at least 3 folding benches - people are always waiting for one! This is basic stuff... 3. Sauna (Men's is separate) - It's by far the worst sauna I've used. Unsurprisingly, It's usually empty. Shame. It may as well turn into a wine bar! 4. The studios surrounding the gym don't seem open for people to use when there isn't a class on. Feels like a waste of space. It's also very loud on the gym floor when a class is ongoing... And a small request, could we have a proper pec fly machine?! I can only hope someone in the leadership team reads this and makes some positive changes, especially considering how much members pay for a membership! Aside from that, the gym is great - clean, good equipment and is generally well maintained. P.S. a few months on, no changes.

The gym is generally good: spacious, decent equipment, and overall a solid place to train. However, there are a few recurring issues that seriously affect the experience. For me importantly, the handle of the rowing machine has been broken for around six months. It was repaired poorly and still has not been replaced with the original part or at least a proper equivalent, despite several complaints from members. For a gym of this size, this should have been solved long ago. The gym also becomes quite overcrowded during peak hours, and the air quality is not always great despite the air purifiers placed around the facility. Another major annoyance are the extremely loud and long announcements telling people to leave, starting already 30 minutes before closing time. One announcement is understandable, but the frequency and volume are disruptive during workouts. Overall, still a decent gym, but management should pay more attention to maintenance and member experience.

Pros: high end gym/cardio gear, overall good amenities, a good selection of classes, cleanliness. Cons: missing some gym gear, too busy to train on afternoons (mornings are pleasant tho), membership prices are way too high for foreigners. Staff can smile more often. Poor etiquette: men would often leave the sauna door open, misplace weights and kettleballs

To tell the truth, they present themselves as prestige gym, but it’s mediocre at best. I don’t mind the high price, what i do mind is that they take videos of you and then offer you personal trainer, i also mind that the reception people, after you purchased a subscription, totally change how they treat you. Most of the time i go there they dont even look in the eye when giving the membership card back. So mostly i start or end my days with bad feeling because how not nice they are. Add to this that the locker room is kind of bad. Never since i have been there was a way to dry my hands after washing them. The bathroom is dirty and the locker room doesn’t have basic amenities like tissue… if it wasn’t near my place, i wouldn’t go there. Go somewhere else where they don’t lure you in with a salesperson and then take videos of you.

After 7 weeks Elite Fitness have still yet to refund their Thao Dien customers. They have failed to meet 2 deadlines and are now asking for another 2 to 3 weeks. Which makes me think these guys are heading for bankruptcy. I suggest patrons choose another gym.

Terrible customer service. Bought an annual pass and fought with them not less than 5 times over the simple matter of checkins and studio access. Since I already paid, I had to bite the bullet and stayed through the expiration. Definitely not returning.

PT scam alert: second time I got scammed by Elite. Was pushed to buy larger PT package I needed - PTs begged me because they said they need to meet their sales target otherwise they face huge issues. They reassured me I’ll be able to use the package a long time, then “the CEO changed the rules”. Most unprofessional gym I’ve been to in my life
