Yeah this is a wonderful gym, location can be a little tricky to find as it’s located in a building on the left of what looks like an officials car park with a security booth. The gym itself is huge and relatively clean. There’s an excessive amount of equipment, more benches than I’ve ever seen in a single gym and some unique back and chest machines too. If you’re a gym enthusiast this place is definitely worth checking out. I was staying in a hotel in old Quarter and it was less than a 15 minute walk. The walk itself is also interesting as you have to cross quite a main road, and depending on when you decide to go, if like me, you’re trained in the morning, then you’re pretty much playing Crossy Road with all of the am traffic. That will either excite you or frighten you, haha. 75k a day, literally like $3 AUD is insane. I saw some Gym‘s local to me that were charging 200k a day and did not look this well equipped. For whatever reason like other gyms, it’s incredibly hot. However, personally, I enjoy use as it gets to me in the zone for my workout. Be prepared to bring cold water and a towel especially if you sweat a lot normally, it’ll be like a sauna here for you. Could not recommend this place more highly, will definitely return for the remainder of my trip and future trips. Look for ‘The One’ building then you’ll be set.

One of the best gym I have been!!! Only for 70k for a day, they will give you a coupon so that you can come back anytime within that day. The 1.5L water is just 15k so you do not have to buy outside (no water refilling station inside). The gym is amazingly spacious with lots of equipments for legs. Dumbells are measured by kg and only up to 50kg, most of the plates are in kg. This gym has a lot of things its crazy such as: Cables, leg curls, leg extensions, smith machines etc, it also has a fighting ring in the middle and few punching bags. There is also a lounge where you can just sit and relax with dim lights, it is very cozy. Washroom and chaning room is big as well with showers.

Nice gym. Customer service is excellent. I used their 70k day pass. The gym has plenty of space and equipment. The only things you need are hand soap in the bathroom and wipes to clean the gym mats after use. Other than that, it was a great experience working out there.

Best gym in Vietnam! Went in April 2026. Place is huge with tons of machines. Price is very reasonable at 70k. Its in a large building that says The One on the outside and is on the 2nd floor.

70,000 VND for a day pass with repeated entry is such good value. Best gym I've been to in the Hanoi area.

Been travelling South East Asia for 4 months now and this is the best price/quality gym I’ve seen so far. 70k VND for a day pass and the place is absolutely huge, loads of equipment and not too busy at all. Staff great as well.

The gym is spacious and the one day pass is cheap. The gym also has a lot of equipment, ranging from barbells, dumbbells, to a wide variety of machines. But I feel a bit strange about the culture of the people in the gym. A few times, the dumbbells I was using got taken away while I was resting. Without asking! 😌😌😌 Even you got a problem with the language barrier, it’s better to have a manner by trying to ask first, with the sign language maybe. And also, my bench was even used when I was just grabbing a different size dumbbell, even my phone and water bottle were still under the bench 😌 I don’t really get it, maybe the people there just aren’t very used to the common gym etiquette in general, especially the local young men who come in a group. There are a lot of barbells that are already rusty. I hope they can be cleaned up! There’s a lot of equipment, but I think there’s only one rack for squats. If you get the one day pass, they wouldn’t give you the locker. You may bring your bag to the gym area or put it next to the reception desk.

This gym left me conflicted. It's on the second floor of The One tower as "Fit24" Pros: - Very well equipped, good redundancy, even some esoteric machines I haven't seen anywhere else. - Relatively cheap (70k day pass) - Air conditioned locker room and showers. - Water to buy - Cool down area to sit at Cons: - No lockers! You leave your bag in front of the reception on the floor. There are lockers, but all rented out and none free. - No towel service, most people don't seem to use even their own towels (but most people also don't seem to sweat) - Very weak AC. I have never sweated so much. - People don't put weights and stuff back - No protein shakes to buy, while they literally have a tub of protein standing at the reception desk.
