My son and I visited multiple times. They have powerlifting area and a place where I can do pull ups. It can get crowded starting at 4pm. Go earlier if you can. You will sweat a lot if you aren’t use to heat. It’s summer. So it is expected to be excessively hot. Many days people are happy, but there were days that a lot of the visitors were grumpy. 😅 Sometimes the toilet smells like sewage. In the morning, it is fine but it is pungent when it is crowded at night. Price is affordable. Nothing to complain about. Hope they have protein shake. Can’t wait for winter time.

Great gym, especially for the price. I paid around 40,000 VND for a day pass and was pleasantly surprised by how much equipment was available. There’s a huge variety of machines, free weights, and equipment for pretty much any style of training. The gym has a mix of newer and older equipment, but everything I used was functional and got the job done. The only minor downside was that although the gym has air conditioning installed, it wasn’t turned on during my visit. Instead, they relied on fans and open windows for ventilation. It was still manageable, but something to keep in mind if you’re training during the hotter parts of the day. Overall, excellent value for money with plenty of equipment and a good atmosphere. I’d happily train here again.

Attention!!! ☝🏼 1. This is the most equipped gym I have seen in my life; there are enough exercise machines here to open 3 gyms. 2. High ceilings and huge space, it’s easy to be here, you can easily lose track of time and forget that you have other things to do in life besides workout. 3. The friendly staff at the reception and even the kind cleaning lady make you truly enjoy your stay at the gym. 4. The price is too low, only 40k for a one-time visit, I want to pay more because this place is too amazing. 5. The price per serving of protein is only 25k, I had to drink one serving and wash my hair and brush my teeth with a second serving of protein and a third, mercilessly low prices!!! 6. The only reason I didn’t want to leave Hanoi is that I want to come back to this gym again! I would live there, so be careful, the place is too amazing.

Excellent gym with the best monthly pass of 290K VND. I strongly recommend it to all and it has all the equipments I need to have a descent workout ! I am a personal trainer for many years , so I know which gym is a good one and reasonably priced ! I will say this is the best one for this price in Hanoi ‘s West Lake area 👍. Clean bathroom with hair blowers and ear cleaning stick ( cotton swap )

Hands down the best gym I've been in Vietnam! Amazing for the price. Soooo many weights, machines, areas for only 45k. No a/c as usual local gyms but fans here and there for you to cool down!

If you’re a traveler and need a place to workout that won’t break the bank (for daily passes) come here! Big enough gym so if it’s busy, you can still get on a machine or find a bench. They have almost everything you can think of. Only thing I couldn’t find was a dip bar.

Huge, well-equipped gym at a humble price (45K for daily pass) that has any equipment you can think of! There’s so many rare equipment with a good layout in the gym that you can’t really go wrong coming here for a gym session when visiting Hanoi. There’s machines that are local and international made. Some of the may be a bit older but still in good condition! There’s a locker room for changing or showering. Only issue is that most gym goers are working out without shoes - minor safety and hygiene issue. It’s acceptable here to gym shirtless too, which is good as the gym is not air-conditioned.

I really the gym, very good, has many machines! I enjoy training here a lot but every morning it smells of cigarettes. I have to breathe that in every time I do my morning cardio.
