Very nice gym with lots of equipment. We paid 75k each and received a fresh towel and a locker. The changing room as well as the gym in general was very clean, which was a nice change compared to some others in Hanoi. We'll be back in a couple of days!

Good price, good zumba timetable and trainers! The rooms are good! A tiny minus is smell of rug or sweat all over the second floor. 👍

Friendly and professional trainers helped me transformed significantly. The club is clean, spacious eventhough many members practising. Very convenient to get there, right at the main street, no parking fee. Price is affordable, cheaper than other same size clubs in the area. Good experience so far!

1 month gym access as a foreigner. The gym had about 6 treadmills and bikes for cardio. They have 1 free weights section and then another section, the boxing section, where you could stretch, also some weights there as well (remove your shoes of course.) Gym was rather small but nice. The locker room did have a sauna but very small and never saw it was in use. The zumba classes never seemed in session just women standing around. No music etc..

    - Awful VERY loud music plays here non stop. So if you're not using noise canceling headphones, you can forget about listening to your own music here. - Weird bad smell sometimes everywhere. - The gym is not crowded in the morning around 8 to 10 am, which is good. - The gym equipment is okay and looks relatively new. You can find mostly everything you need to train here on a good level. - The staff is friendly and can speak English. - One day price is 200k, one month is 1 mil, 3 months is 2.35 mil. Overall an okay gym. I don't regret buying a membership here. But some things definitely need improvements. I would rate it 4 stars, but awful loud music everytime just kills my mood lol.

Staff is helpful Well equipped, even has gym belts Has water server Aircon is weak, first floor aircon is not on Music is loud No sanitizer or tissue provided to wipe down equipment Not dirty but not clean either Music is using paid spotify or youtube so you’ll hear ads All of the above can be easily fixed so I hope the gym will do it.

Editing my review of nearly 2 years. Feet still being put on many of the free weights by numerous people. Parking in the day is quite an ordeal. Locker room is quite a situation. Not enough slippers, literally only 1 large pair. Sauna has been bust for over a month. A cable machine has been broken for longer but my major issue is the hygiene. I've gotten a staph infection from this gym and the sweaty dirty feet being put on pads on machines when resting or weights (the black weight part and the handles) is gross. Just be aware of what you're signing up for. I'm lowkey so done I'm thinking about moving to a more expensive gym.

The gym is well equipped, but it was very stuffy inside. The air conditioning was off, the fans were off and the windows were closed. After we asked the staff, they turned on the air conditioning more, but it still did not cool the air much. The entrance fee was 200,000 VND. We have just come back from Da Nang, where one entry to a four-floor gym costs only 40,000 VND. The biggest problem was that there was no watert today. You could not even wash your hands because of a water failure. In my opinion, the staff should have informed me about this at the entrance. Overall, it was a poor experience: high price, stuffy air, no water, and mosquitoes in the changing room. I will never visit this gym again.
