A fantastic gym for athletes who require machines & equipment for a variety of sports: Hyrox, CrossFit, MMA, wall climbing (harnessed with instructors), calisthenics, powerlifting, basketball, etc. Additionally, they have top-tier amenities, such as a jacuzzi, a free water dispenser (Yes, I'd consider this top-tier in Vietnam), towels, and Wi-Fi. The amount of open space in the gym is definitely a plus for claustrophobic athletes. They have plate-loaded upper-body staples, monkey bars, a plethora of machines, a weighted wheeled sled, dumbbells up to 38kg, a stair master, a sprint treadmill, usual cardio machines, and plyometric boxes. No day pass. However, after contacting their Zalo, my mother and I were given free trial sessions to test the gym. Helpful and kind staff. Overall, I'd consider Level Fitness as one of the best gyms in Hanoi for multifaceted athletes like my mother and me.

Tho I really love this gym - not only its new, its actually equiped with modern machines and the area is spacious. The only downside is that they dont provide with day pass. I am a traveller, visit VNM several times a year and would love to go there, tho I’d have to buy 18month permit for 12kk vnd lol. 😪

At first, working out here felt very comfortable and enjoyable. The equipment is decent and the atmosphere is quite good. However, there is one major issue that really bothers me. The personal trainers here often interrupt my workout. They even ask if I’m finished or if they can “join in,” or say things like “can you let me use it for a bit?” while I’m clearly still using the machine. This is very frustrating and feels disrespectful. I don’t understand why they can’t simply wait or switch to another exercise, especially since I usually train in the morning when the gym is quite empty. Another problem is the drinking water area. The water dispenser is often empty, and many plastic bottles are left around, making the place look messy and unclean, almost like a trash area. Overall, the gym has potential, but these issues seriously affect the experience. The trainers’ behavior, in particular, needs to be improved.

Money Grabbers & Broken Promises If you’re thinking of joining Level Fitness Gym, run the other way. I’ve been a member for months, and everything was fine—until they suddenly changed the rules just to squeeze more money out of me. I lost my ID card, but the gym has FaceID check-in and phone number check-in—both of which are better and more convenient than an ID card. Yet, they told me I could only use FaceID three times per month and that I had to pay for a new ID card. This ridiculous rule makes no sense other than to force people into buying overpriced ID cards. Lose your card a few times a year? That’s easily an extra 1,000,000 VND down the drain. Here’s the kicker: I checked my membership and realized this is my last month, which is supposed to be free according to what they promised when I signed up. But conveniently, they won’t let me in unless I pay for a new ID card. They’re doing everything they can to make sure I don’t get my free month. And this isn’t the only lie they’ve told. When I joined, they promised a smith machine—one year later, still nothing. They also don’t limit memberships, so now the gym is overcrowded, and you’ll be waiting forever to use a machine. This place has gone from bad to worse. They change rules whenever they want, break promises, and create hidden fees just to milk more money from their members. If you still want to join, make them put every promise in writing—because they will lie to get your money. Avoid this gym at all costs.

FOREIGNERS BEWARE: Was interested in doing a 1 month membership here. Although the facility looked nice, the sales member quoted me $3 million dong, which is the equivalent to $150 USD for one month. That is absolutely outrageous and predatory behavior for a gym to upsale to a foreigner. I asked my Vietnamese friend, who attends this gym, and they stated that they were basically trying to rob me. Sales person was predatory, dishonest, and was attempting theft.

Horrible customer service. This place is only interested in making money — customer satisfaction and service quality mean nothing to them. Members are forced to play pickleball at ridiculous hours: 6–8 AM and 12–2 PM. Who can realistically play at those times? And to make matters worse, some staff even secretly use the court for their own games, limiting member access even further. If you're a foreigner — stay away. This place does not value you at all.

Honestly, I’m really disappointed with how this place is run. The pickleball court schedule for members is ridiculous – only 6–8 AM or 12–2 PM. Who even has time to play during those hours? Meanwhile, I’ve seen management and staff playing during the best hours in the evening (8–10 PM). Totally unfair. The staff's attitude is also terrible. They’re not helpful at all and act like you're bothering them when you ask a question. Customer service is basically non-existent. If you're a foreigner or a long-time member, don’t expect to be treated well. I’m definitely not coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
