I’ve been training here for a few day and absolutely love it. The equipment is modern and well-maintained, the place is always clean, and the atmosphere is motivating. The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to give advice without being pushy. There’s a great mix of machines, free weights, and functional training areas. Peak hours can be busy, but it’s still manageable. Definitely one of the best gyms in the area.

I came here on my own to try the gym, and I had a really great experience. The gym was clean, spacious, and equipped with modern, well-maintained machines. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and Minh Anh was especially helpful and attentive throughout my visit, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great place to work out! ❤️🫶🏻❤️❤️❤️

Like a lot of reviews I cannot recommend this place enough! You can buy access for the day or week - with no pressure, you get a locker and a towel if you need. Great equipment, lots of fans so the gym is a good temp and the bathrooms are super clean. I went at 7am this morning and there were only a few people. Thoroughly enjoyed my session. Will be back tomorrow 😁.

200k for a single day pass which is great price. Gym has nice equipment and more than enough for what you need to train. Was quiet also when I went (about 9:30am-11:30am). Highly recommend

Used this gym whilst staying at the hotel and LOVED it! Easily the best hotel gym I've ever used and seen! Beautiful clean and spacious with loads of well maintained (almost brand new looking) machines and equipment. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my early morning workouts here whilst in Hanoi. Will be back again on my next visit!

So nice to have a solid gym when traveling! Many of the hotels I've stayed at in Vietnam either have no gym or a very basic gym with two treadmills and three dumbbells. This place has a good selection of equipment including a stairclimber, free weights, cable machines, and battle rope. They also include a towel and have showers and a nice bathroom. The staff is friendly and it's not too terribly busy (I went at 10:30am). Price is 200,000 VNÐ for a day pass, 950,000 for a week, and 1,800,000 for a month pass.

Small but clean, relatively well equipped and organized gym. Exactly as advertised. Helpful staff at the front desk, free locker, cleanish changing room with showers. One rack/platform with a decent amount of bumperplates and bars, couple of bench stations and a few basic machines. Enough to get an okay strength training session in when you’re on the go. Important note for if you’re into Olympic weightlifting: the ceiling is too low for any overhead barbell work if you’re 1.75m or taller.

The day pass is very convenient for travelers and is not terribly expensive. It will nonetheless feel like a ripoff—this is an extremely mediocre gym. The equipment selection is quite basic, there’s always children running around (not appropriate in a professional training setting—especially one that gets quite busy), there is no air conditioning, the bathroom smells (and is) disgusting, and the staff has the attitude of people who couldn’t care less about anything. The attached photo really sums it all up. It’s a gym you use because you have few options, but it’s also a gym you can’t wait to leave.
