Great gym for short-term visitors in Hanoi. They offer flexible day passes, which was perfect for me while traveling. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the equipment is modern and very well maintained, and the whole place felt clean and welcoming. It is a bit pricy, but still recommend if you’re in town for a few days and need a good gym.

I had a productive chest day here. Had everything i needed. There was dance class, a yoga class, and pickle ball games happening while I worked out. The wifi was strong and the gym is air conditioned. There is a steam room in the locker room but I did not have time to try it. I paid 200,000 for a day pass. I thought it was a good deal. I would come back!

Staff are very accommodating. But, you need to make a review first if you want a locker key! Facilities look good.

great gym my friend Kevin really enjoyed the equipment it really gave him the best pump and he really loved the mirror and lighting it made he’s muscle looked so defined with all the veins pumping like he’s on his 6th cycle. Great vibes and music with the vinahouse pumping Kevin started dancing in between his sets getting some extra cardio in

I went to a few of the gym in the area, and for me MVP fitness was the best for what I needed. they have plenty of free weights along with smith machines, MMA ring and a punching bag. It’s spacious and if you come in the morning it won’t be busy at all. They offer Zumba and other classes for people that are looking for that. They charge 600k vnd for a month if you go at certain time slots. I paid 800k for full time membership with access to all. Includes the showers, sauna, and locker access. You can probably find a cheaper price at another gym, but for me I preferred to pay the price for a better atmosphere and good equipment.

This is probably a 5-star gym for most people but it's only a 4-star gym for me. The good: The gym is quite spacious and looks great after the remodeling and renovations. Most importantly, the gym is clean, and that's rare to find here in Hanoi. The bathroom and showers are also comfortable, spacious, and clean. Most of the staff is friendly and actually greet you and smile from time to time, which is also rare to find at a gym here. The equipment is new and all works smoothly. The treadmills and elliptical machines also function extremely well and are comfortable to use. What could be better: Th gym is underground so there's no natural light and no "fresh" air. Membership is expensive and they don't offer day passes. (See edit below.) Originally Google listed the gym as opening at 5 a.m., which is one of the reasons I was considering this gym, but it doesn't open until 5:30 a.m. It would be great if the staff would teach their members to put the plates back after using them and to match them with other weights of the same size. I know this is problem with almost every gym in Vietnam but it's especially frustrating when a trainer or employee does the same thing. I noticed one staff member leave a barbell in the middle of the floor with weights still on it. Just, why? As far as equipment goes, there's no smith machine, no calf raise machine, and no horizontal leg press. They do have a regular leg press machine. The cable pulley machines only allow for a limited amount of weight....around 70-75 kg I think. This gym is probably perfect for the average gym or fitness club goer but if you're into serious lifting and bodybuilding then this gym likely isn't for you. Edit: Interesting. I just read some other comments and people were offered day passes. I was told they didn't offer day passes.

It’s way too hot in the gym. There are ACs but they are either off or set too warm. The price is quite odd, seems like people get random prices. I was asked to paid extra after I’d already paid for a month and was in the middle of the workout. The manager said that the price was increased and they only found out after I paid so I had no choice but pay more

The facilities are good but the price being 5M ($190USD) per month is very high, the staff started off super friendly and shifted as soon as I questioned the price. I was shown a screenshot of a pricelist that wasn't displayed anywhere in the gym itself. There are other gyms in the area with good equipment, fair prices and friendly staff.
