  50k per entrance. Not crowded, friendly atmosphere, service speaks communicative English. All good!

  Gym has pretty much anything you could need, dumbells, bench press, squat rack, deadlift, machines, treadmills and more. It's quite small and rarely that many people in it. Entry cost for 1 time is only 50,000 VND. They have lockers and showers if you need. If you want to workout during your travels then this should suit your needs.

  Lots of equipment in good shape. There are ACs and fans, and was pretty well aired. Daily rate 50k, monthly 1 million.

  Great gym when you’re traveling. It is clean, well equipped and the equipment itself is of good quality and condition. Meaning, cardio machines are stable enough. They have free water and showers. No air condition, but it is not too hot in there. All for 100.000 for a drop in.

  Worked out here on a Thursday lunchtime. It was nice and quiet with just three of us training. It's not clear where the gym is from the road, you need to enter what looks like a scooter car park and get a lift to the 4th floor. On the 4th floor is the front desk where you pay, day membership was VND 100,000. Water is available to purchase but the kind staff gave me a free bottle. Once paid, you head up the stairs to the main gym on the 5th floor. There's plenty of equipment with lots of barbells, machines and plates, dumbbells upto 30kg. I found it clean and well maintained. Check out all the photos for yourselves. I had a great workout and found it to be decent value for money. I'll be going again.

  Good value for money at 100,000 vnd with bottle of water. All the equipment you would need for a basic workout (cables and free weights). We went at 3pm. Quite busy with locals but the atmosphere was welcoming. It is a small gym but there was enough kit to go around. The gym itself was tidy. We followed a previous review to find it. Which was to go through what looks like an underground car park and take the lift to the correct floor. you had to pay extra for use of the punchbags...200,000 vnd. It wasnt clear if you could use this under your own steam or sign up for a session. But the opportunity is there. Nice little gym.

  Good value for 50k for one day pass. Some.machines are old, and the main gym area is only on one floor and doesn't have the widest range but you can still do a decent session and it's.great for the price. You get a locker key too. It's on the 4th floor.

  I hate to be the guy that gives bad reviews, but this place is not good enough😕 It’s a gym, and it has what you need to get a workout in, but it’s sticky and stinky… I’ve been to gyms in SE Asia that cost the same and are of a much higher quality. Would it come again/ or recommend
