Nice local gym. It does not have a lot and it’s older but it does have free weights and machines for every muscle group including cardio machines. They also added AC. I was here 4 years and just today - same price $2 per day.

Good gym here. The equipment is all Over the place, but it’s cheap - so suck it up and do your workout

Great gym, just 50k dong Has everything you need for a good workout which is ideal for those visiting Hanoi

Super cool gym nice atmosphere very cheap only 50k a day so £1.40 less than a coffee. Just what you need. Nice machines basic but it’s all you need in Hanoi

Solid gym here for sure. Price is cheap for a drop in (50K), and tons of equipment. Place is fairly dirty and old school but gets the job done no doubt. It seems people don't believe in putting weights away so there is plates and dumbbells everywhere but not a big deal for me. They provide a little towel as well which other gyms I noticed didn't, and the place has AC so it's not scorching hot. I would go again next time in in Hanoi

Lots of equipment amd space. Lots of fans, has AC but it was not being used. 50k for drop in session. Dumbbells up to 75lbs. Has machines - some needed repairs but most worked well. Large water 20k . Friendly staff. Was not too busy in the afternoon, it got busier around 3pm as most gyms do. There is a cardio area, cables, and many benches.

It is far from fancy but it gets the job done. They have a decent selection of equipment and dumbbells, unfortunately there is no one there that puts things away so it tends to be rather messy and cluttered. There is a big enough area to lay and stretch or kettlebell work, and yes, the price is 50k per workout which is about $2 USD so that's pretty good. Make a note that it's four stories up off the ground.

While definitely on the more dated side in terms of equipment and how well maintained it is, most things are still useable and can get most workout needs done! But sad that no one seems to re-rack or put away their weights when done, so be careful when moving throughout the gym for random weight plates and DBs laying around (seems this is common in all the gyms I’ve visited here so far). No AC but 4th floor means it gets a breeze and that’s great. Reception person wasn’t the friendliest when arriving but the one when leaving was! So balance! The price is what makes it worthwhile, 50k for a day pass for a workout while traveling is a deal!
