  I got to go here tolaser my eyes so that I don't need glasses. The staff was friendly and they helped a lot to choose the right way :)

  Services are all good and professional. They have a team of consultation so all customers are taken care one by one, until they go. Hospital are clean with whole service. Im satisfied with it.

  Pls consider carefully before coming here. I had a terrible experience working with the front line customer service regarding the wrong prescription given by the doctor. Seriously how could a doctor give a wrong prescription?? I just realized the issue when The pharmacist denied selling the given medicine since it have never ever been existed in the market. When reporting it to the front line staff, due to the unability to contact the doctor, she said “if you personally could not contact the doctor to amend the prescription, then how could I do that - you must wait”. Really?? Is that the right way to reply to a patient. In this situation, the girl should show her attitude to reach out to the doctor to find the solution since the matter is serious, isnt it. The way she reacted made me feel something is really really wrong here with the customer service. Ridiculously that when I tried to find the Escalation hotline, it brought me back to the frontline team. Looking forward to hearing from the management team regarding this matter.

  We were referred to Dong do Eye Hospital by a doctor at the Central Eye Hospital Hanoi . The doctors at the Central Hospital were very enthusiastic and consulted about my sister's eye disease. The problem here when I came here was not a nurse or a professional doctor, maybe they were just a staff member, but when I asked about the consultation They were very upset and said a rude. I was asking about the warranty of that eye for how many years, he said 250 year. We went to Saigon eye hospital in Hanoi ,they were very enthusiastic Welcome us in a very friendly way .I thank you Saigon hospital for being so enthusiastic and taking care of my sister with real surgery is success.
