Was recommended this hospital by reception at my hostel as I needed to see a doctor. Staff was friendly although not overly communicative, no one spoke English but google translate worked just fine. I got to see a dermatologist within 10 min, got blood tests, skin sample, and a follow-up appointment, all for about 350000 VND. Everything including test results took about 2 hours. Would go back!

As a tourist, I walked in to order a blood test and all the staff was very kind and helpful. One of them spoke English, and the rest I communicated with Google Translate and it all worked fine. The facilities are very clean and bright. There was basically no que and everything went very quickly. I checked the prices on their website and knew exactly which blood test I needed (very cheap). I paid first, got the test done right after and received an SMS with the test results about 1,5 hour later. They were also very kind to write an invoice for my travel insurance. I’m very happy with this experience.

I was at the hospital today for a blood test. Staff were very helpful. The reception, payment and the test was completed within half an hour. And I received the results the same day in English. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommended as a foreigner

I visited Medlatec Hospital to get a scan for a suspected hand fracture. The X-ray was 180k. I asked the radiologist for result and confirmation, his awkward laugh felt a bit insensitive. I was referred to general surgery for plaster casting (900k) with a 150k consultation. Dr. Văn Thưởng was patient in answering my questions and handled the procedure well. There was a language barrier, so Google Translate came in handy. The bone realignment part was so brutal without any local anesthetic, pain was 10/10. The whole process took about 90 minutes and was efficient. Overall, a reasonable option for foreigners needing quick care. Tip: the hospital pharmacy is more expensive, so prescriptions may be cheaper elsewhere.

I made my appointment at 7am to have a very standard health check, yet when I came not only the registration counter forgot to register my appointment, leaving me 30 mins of waiting, then got my name wrong on all papers. I was guided to come to the General Department to see a group doctors and nurses sitting inside the room and was said they are having a meeting. Even when the meeting finish, the doc wasn't really ready. We had no idea what was going on and what to expect. Though I made myself clear during the session that I didn't want to do surgery today, the doc still put the decision of doing surgery on paper??? I can compromise with the team but I can't do the same with the service provider at this hospital. At least, people need to know what to expect, rather than keeping people to wait in a crowdy environment. Employees are divided into tiny sections in which one person would do 1 job only, that makes a patient has to travel all levels of the hospital in order to have one thing done. Working in the hospital is stressful. That's why they seriously need to upgrade their system to minimise work for their employees and have better customer service.

The doctors are great, but that one male staff at the 2nd floor (18/09/2025@around 16:00) is badmouthing foreign customers in Vietnamese, when I confronted him he didn’t even bother to apologize, other staff apologized on his behalf but that’s unacceptable. God knows how many people he badmouthed until he ran into someone who understands what he says.

A very bad clinic 👎👎👎 I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the quality of medical care at your clinic. The doctors demonstrated a lack of competence and professionalism. Despite clear symptoms of fever and other clinical signs, they refused to conduct necessary tests and simply advised to “wait 24 hours,” offering no diagnostic support or proper medical evaluation. This approach is unacceptable and shows a concerning level of negligence. Patients expect qualified medical assistance, accurate diagnosis, and timely medical tests — not to be sent home without examination or analysis. I request that you review this situation urgently and take appropriate corrective action. If necessary, I am prepared to provide detailed information and leave a public review about my experience. Sincerely, Nick Oi 06. November 2025. At 7:00 pm

There was a long line up for antigen test although it was weekday lunch time. The nurses who handle the clients were generally nice. However the reason I gave poor rating was the clerk who seem to deal with paper work on the left room. She constantly ignores clients who attempt to ask for the results or inquiries. She was rude and has shown amateurish attitude towards customers. Hope this kind of treatment never happen again.
