Truly one of the most professional and clean hospitals I have ever visited. I honestly do not know how they are able to provide personal translators and quick access to doctors without long wait times, especially for the prices they charge — and this was all without medical insurance. I would 100% recommend this hospital to anyone needing medical care while in Hanoi.

Great emergency hospital for tourists: Kind staff, clean and organized interior, modern equipment, and reasonable costs. I was leading a group of university students from Seoul and one of them got food poisoning. It was Sunday so I was worried that there would be few hospitals open. I found this place through Google Map and made a quick decision to bring him here after seeing the fine ratings and pictures (also it was nearby, only 5 minutes by Grab taxi). When we got here, there was a receptionist (her name is Minh Hien) who spoke English and we were told to wait in the lobby. She was very kind and guided us through the whole process as an excellent translator and even pushed the wheelchairfor the patient! The hospital wasn't that crowded and wait time wasn't long (less than an hour). My student got a bed in the emergency room and received two tests (blood and abdomenal ultrasound) and an IV catheter drip. Including the medication, the total cost was about 3.8 million vnd (you have to pay first before you get treated), which felt reasonable to me who expericed extremely high hospital bills in the US. The whole process here at TCI felt systematic and the nurses, even though they didn't speak English, were kind and answered all my questions with their smartphone translators. It was my first hospital experience in Viet Nam and I was very pleased.

Was one of the best hospitals in Hanoi. I had to send myself their due to an injury while playing volleyball. I was sent to the outpatient reception area and was attended compassionately by a doctor. The service was very reliable and there are lots of floor assistants who’ll take u to any corner of the hospital if u need to. I would always come back here if im not well!

Hi, there. Just come with my wife to see a doctor and do the pregnancy Ultrasound. We booked on the phone 3-4 days ago but didn’t mention anything about bringing passport for foreign patient or visitor. Me and my wife arrive this place to register then staff suddenly ask for my passport but not my wife’s ID. I don’t understand what’s happening here then said, “Well, if so, at least you need to get a notice ahead when we book and even they don’t accept a photo of passport.” Whenever, I ask about the solution then they just keep repeating like a robot.. “This is because bla bla..” Come on girls! You are not able to resolve the problem then again make the customer got headache? So, I put 1 star on your review and write some live story today during I am waiting outside without any apology. And seriously please don’t use “International” in your hospital name. It is totally suitable for Vietnamese customer only.. Why don’t they ask Id for Vietnamese but again ask a foriegner to proof with my original passport? If anyone makes me understand this situation then please explain to me.. But plz don’t say that due to Covid-19..
