We visited this hospital for a family health check and treatments, and our experience was excellent. The hospital is clean, well organized, and the doctors were very professional and caring throughout the process. We truly appreciate the support of all the translators who assisted us during our visit, especially Ms. Mai Nguyen, who supported our family during most of the process and was extremely professional, patient, and clear in her explanations and this made us feel comfortable and confident at every stage.

I like the service and the appointments were all accurate. Loved that I had someone with me translating everything with the tiniest detail!

Tourist who unfortunately had to visit 2 times in 1 week for two different issues haha! One dermatology, one podiatrist, both also had different English interpreters, so I had interactions with 4 professionals here and I had a GREAT experience. The average consultation will be around 22-30€ if you don’t need a procedure, and everything they do/charge is really clearly communicated and fair before you do anything. Amazing service all around!

Suffered from food poisoning and came to this hospital. They provided a translator who followed us every step of the process. I had a blood test and ultrasound done. They were upfront about pricing and asked if the pricing was acceptable. They provided reports and scans for insurance (in Vietnamese). Really thankful that we went here. Thank you!

Stellar service. Got there very early in the morning, but they still quickly assigned an interpreter who followed me throughout the many tests I took. Turned out to be a comparatively mild issue, but I'm happy at the thoroughness of everything. 700k for consultation, ~1.6tr for a battery of tests that included X-rays, endoscopies and ECG. Clean facilities, great bedside manners from every single staff, doctors and specialists. Highly recommended 🙏

If you are a foreigner and are looking for a hospital to have your annual checkup, please read this review. This hospital scams people. All documents and reports are provided only in Vietnamese, which obviously I do not understand. I believed that I was undergoing a full examination I paid for. I was so surprised when I came back home and began to study all of the medical reports using a translator. They described the results of tests that no one actually examine on me. For example, the report stated that the ultrasound of my kidneys showed no abnormalities and they are completely normal. However, no one performed an ultrasound of my kidneys. Moreover, I know for sure that they are not healthy, since I have a chronic kidney disease. This definitely proves that the report is a complete lie. Needless to say, the tests that they DID perform were of very low quality. The doctors did their job very, very poorly and not professional at all. Think twice before trust their services or better find another hospital to take care of you.

Just consult with chatgpt or claude before coming here, could save you some money. Upd: They charged me ENT doctor price for dermatologist check up, who just prescribed basic antibiotics. This is SCAM hospital, please AVOID this place

Edit: After being invited to the hospital to meet with the head doctor and the surgeon, the concerns of misinformation and malpractice were not taken seriously and dismissed. Do yourself a favour and avoid putting yourself through the same situation but choosing TCI. Don't waste your time or money. I went for simple surgery to remove cynovial in my wrist. The surgeon who consulted me entered the surgery room once during the procedure and I was left to tell very young, clearly inexperienced workers. After the surgery, I was told that they didn't do what they told me they would because "they doing another solution to cut the root". Now, almost a year later, my wrist is unchanged from before the surgery - I still have pain and heavily reduced mobility, except now I have a big scar on my wrist and a much lighter wallet. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
