  The emergency room staff are amazing! I went earlier today and had a rough start. Reception staff kept sending me in circles to register so I could see a doctor. The ER staff saw me being sent back and forth and saw the frustration and confusion on my face and took me under their wings. They went out of their way to get me registered and guided me to all the testing facilities I needed to go to to get my diagnosis. They also spoke excellent English. Reception staff didn’t speak English, but were more than willing to use Google translate to communicate. The language barrier wasn’t an issue, just figuring out how to navigate admin as it seemed no one knew where I needed to start (until ER staff stepped in). The ER staff were truly angels and you can see how much they care. Despite the rocky start, once things were in motion I was seen swiftly and got results quickly. Blood tests, urine analysis, X-ray, ultrasound, and doctor consultation cost less than $30 usd total without insurance. A great deal in my opinion. Thank you a million times to ER staff!!

  Went to the hospital to extract a tooth. The doctor can speak English very well. She helped me through whole process. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good hospital.

  Warning they are not specialized in treating foreigners. You need to be prepared with a translation of your problem and an vietnamese keyboard input. No one was at the information desk so i asked patients via translated texts. You have to go around the corner to the emergency room. There they did have a doctor speaking English. He understood my wish for a x-ray. He filled the form and his assistance guided me to the cashier spot. X-ray was 215.000 dong (cheaper than having a massage). After the x-ray i waited till the doctor called me for diagnosis. Be patient, it's not that bad. It's actually pretty good for that price.

  What a place!!! In the embassy United States it's reported may be a English speaking doctor.... I been at the reception the rude woman face working there shooting no foreiner here .....In Hanoi I meet the most nasty rude uneducated people in all Asia!!!Shame on you! If you don't want visit foreiner put a sign!!!
