  literally such a good vibe here. the hostel itself is super nice but honestly, Elsa at the front desk is the real highlight. she’s literally the sweetest human ever, gave me the best food recommendations and was always down for a quick chat. felt more like staying with a friend than at a hostel tbh.

  Amazing hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff Lisa were friendly and helpful. The May restaurant also amazing. Great location and excellent service. I had an awesome stay and would definitely come back!

  This place is fantastic! The staff are lovely and helpful. The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. Breakfast is fantastic. 100m down the street is a Michelin rated restaurant. I definitely recommend this hostel for location, cleanliness and service for guests.

  Our room was clean, offered a beautiful view, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast featured a wide variety of dishes, and the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. Overall, it was a pleasant experience that I would recommend to others. The only downside was occasional street noise, but it did not significantly affect our stay. We look forward to returning on our next visit to the area. Additionally, the hotel's facilities were well maintained, and the Wi-Fi was reliable, making it easy to stay connected. We appreciated the attention to detail and the overall cozy atmosphere. Definitely our top choice for future stays in this area.

  We had a wonderful five-night stay at Awesome Hotel, and we believe choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions of our trip. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was great. Its location in the Old Quarter is a huge advantage, as it is close to everything while still being away from the noise. Above all, the service from the reception team was exceptional. During our stay, our daughter became unwell, and the staff showed great care and support. Thanks to them, we still had a lovely stay despite the situation. Awesome Hotel will definitely be our top choice in Hanoi.

  I’ve been staying here for the past month, and it has been an absolute delight! The people are incredibly warm and welcoming—especially Alice, who greeted me first and instantly set the perfect tone for my stay. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, with beds that feel like a dream after a long day. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. And don’t get me started on the pancakes—they’re fluffy, flavorful, and simply amazing. Highly recommend!

  Awesome hostel was great, but Elsa honestly made my trip. She is incredibly kind and genuinely cares about the guests. Whether it was helping with directions or just checking in on how my day went, she was always so sweet. Thanks Elsa for being awesome!

  Dorm room was messy and not cleaned during my stay. Had to pay extra to rent a towel.
