  The best capsule hostel in Hanoi ! Perfect facilities, free breakfast was delicious, beds really comfortable and the capsules offered good privacy. Receptionist staff super friendly and helpful. They offered good advice on activities to do in Hanoi and tips for the Ha Giang loop. Also a massive shout to Nghĩa, amazing member of staff who is a massive asset to the hostel. Made me feel very welcome during my stay and helped organise my transport and activities to and from Hanoi. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  First of all, I don’t get the complains from other travelers. Seriously?!?! For 3$ a night you will complain? The toilet is not bad! The bed is perfect! I got a bed with a window view which is probably one of the best beds I’ve ever tried! Location is perfect! There’s a mini grocery beside it.

  The loop with Sun was so amazing!! One of the best experiences of my life!!! He kept the mood fun and amazing the whole time! Defiantly suggest booking with him! Hostels were nice and the last night at the home stay was special As we played chasing with little local kids!! Food was also very nice! Thank you Sun for your fun and happy personality it made the tour so amazing

  We ended up extending our stay since we found this hostel to be a very strategical point to be in the city. The rooms are tidy and the double bed is bigger and more comfortable than I expected. I made laundry twice and it was made in half day and smelling good. I found the toilets not to be dirty but wet, which is understandable by having an open shower (common in Asia tho). If I'm back In hanoi I'll be back here for sure

  I had a wonderful stay at this hostel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. What really made the experience special was the amazing staff. They were always kind, welcoming, and happy to help. They gave me great advice about tours, which made my trip even more enjoyable. They also changed my room when I requested it, free of charge, and handled everything quickly and with a smile. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting the area.

  Surprisingly it was not that bad as I was expecting after reading previous comments. I do agree that the bathroom situation could be better, more frequent cleaning is needed. But at least there wasn’t mold or smell in the bedrooms. The double bed was pretty good and spacious. It was nice that there was a window next to the bed. Inside the cabin there was a huge locker that could fit even big backpacks (although ours wasn’t working but I guess it could be fixed)

  A good experience. It is difficult to me to not but a 5/5 but there are some default. The bed are soooo big and confortable. BUT listen to me, ask for a bed without window because the sun rises very early, and by 5 a.m. there is an enormous amount of light and it is very, very hot. Unfortunately bathroom are not very clean and there is no aeration. But for the price it was really ok. The staff was very very nice and helpful, thank you 🙏

  I stayed at this hostel recently and overall I have mixed feelings. The hostel itself is quite okay. The price is reasonable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They were pleasant to deal with and created a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, the cleanliness is a serious problem. The condition of the bathrooms is honestly shocking. There is a strong unpleasant smell, a lot of mess, and it doesn’t seem like they are cleaned properly. On top of that, people smoke cigarettes in the bathrooms, which makes the smell even worse. The fan inside the capsule was covered with about a centimeter of dust, which clearly shows that cleaning is not a priority. Breakfast was also not the best quality. It was quite greasy and honestly not very good.
