  Nice, cheap, clean and friendly hostel in the middle of old town. Clean dorm beds and bathrooms, warm showers - not really anything to complain about (except maybe there not being anything to dry your hands on!). The staff is very friendly and will gladly chat to you about places to go, help you book tours, do your laundry etc. It's pretty quiet at night, as the dorms are on the 4th and 5th floors. There are lockers (w. locks) in the rooms to keep your stuff safe, and you can buy water and sodas at the reception. It's not a place to hang out at all day, moreso just a clean place to sleep, but there are a couple small common areas.

  Nicest staff ever. Rooms are more than good enough, location is awesome - away from the noise. Rooms are cool and clean. Highly recommended

  The room i booked several days prior was fully booked? This is not professional Could not sit comfortably in reception area in the morning as 5 people were sleeping. I dont think they are even guests as they looked passed out from drink. If they were guests why not use their rooms? Place is very dirty especially beds which have hairs and no duvet cover. Washrooms filthy

  Absolutely dissapointing experience. Got a room on the fifth floor and was not allowed to use the lift to take my 5 suitcases or any of them by lift - was forced to use the stairs and take my stuff upstairs myself even when I confirmed the use of the elevator beforehand. Even upon request to use the elevator for one or two bags of mine - the boy at the reception said you cannot use it - it’s a rule. I respect rules and understand his responsibility for the same but then he was ready to use the elevator if we paid him - extremely disgraceful staff and values. NEVER EVER BOOK A STAY HERE - you will regret it, please be mindful and read reviews if needed.

  The hotel just walking distance to viral places recommendations, near everywhere, there is no lift so if you bring big luggage will be a bit difficult but the staff is so helpful and kind

  It was a great location, though a bit difficult to find since the place name is different from the one listed here. It’s perfect for backpackers, especially since the hostel doesn’t have an elevator. I am not sure about the AC, but it wasn't working that time. Perfect for budget traveler. The receptionist was very helpful. I availed of the airport transfer in the morning, and they picked me up on time.

  The accommodation is cheap yet quality and to highlight, the rooms are clean and the staffs are very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The staff always smiles and always attend to our needs and requests. Highly recommended for those who are looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable place to stay in Hanoi.

  The service at both EcoStay hostels is impeccable. The staff are very professional and friendly, whilst the facilities are modern, clean, and airy, and the prices of all additional services are also very reasonable indeed. Laundry was 30,000 per kilo and was delivered dry and fresh, and drinks are available on-site, alongside towels which are 15,000. I was also able to print some documents free of charge too which was great. Would recommend 100%
