Tom, Tom and Tom 👏👏👏 gave us excellent service. They don't have elevator but Tom did an excellent service by carrying all our luggages up to the 3rd floor. He even went to get our luggages from the other hotel when we transferred to their hostel. He also gave tips of where to go for good Pho and other tourist spots by providing a map. He is so kind to all his guests. Rooms may not be what you'll expect from other hotels but is still ok for a good rest. Very accessible to Banh Mi 25 which everybody must try and Tom recommended.

Comfortable beds and clean room, the bathroom was fairly small and the shower was a bit awkward. Laundry service was good. The guys at the reception helped us book a bus to our next destination and were very helpful overall.

This place was absolutely amazing. I went with my son to this hotel. The staff was very nice to us. Especially Tom. He mapped out all the landmarks nearby and he gave us recommendations about where we should eat. The location is also very good as it is in old quarter. The only problem about this hotel is that there is no lift which means that you have to climb a whole lot of stairs. And the rooms where a bit dirty but is was still good. So if you are visiting Hanoi and you want a good budget hotel, you should definitely come here.

Good service by the guy at the desk (Kong). Rooms were nice, AC is good, bathroom a little small but for the price and location it was very solid

I was on a trip with my family and booked out 4 rooms. The location was nice as it’s a walkable distance from other places. HOWEVER, the rest of our stay was a wreck. With the room I had stayed in on the third floor 201– floors were falling apart, holes in the way, drainage in the bathroom stank the whole room. The shower worked fine the first night but the other two nights it was barely working. We had notified the reception on our second day and was informed they “check it out”. When we walked into our room that evening it looked like no one had even stepped into our room and when we informed the new receptionist he had no idea that there was even an issue. We were then informed to “deal with it” as they can’t do anything until the next day in which we are already checking out. If it hadn’t been for our other rooms that we used to use their bathroom we would’ve been stranded in regards to hygiene. The drainage system is not up to date and the smell would waft up into our room, so if we left the bathroom door open our room would smell horrendous. They had provided us with a water heater but it was disgusting and dirty. Not only that, but we were informed we would be provided with free small water bottles which we weren’t during our whole stay so when we asked for water they provided a large one without notifying us that it’d be at a cost, and was only informed of during our checkout. Whenever we would look for receptionist there would be barely anyone at most times so finding help was horrendous. For another room 101 they had noticed that someone stepped into their room without being asked to do so and they hadn’t informed anyone to “clean” their room either. They had walked into the room on the second day with two missing towels but nothing else was “cleaned”. Luckily there’s cameras and we had double checked everything to be fine, but a note for future references. The individuals on the first floor in 100 did not have service in their room and the wifi was lacking. Provided free wifi is nice but the fact that it doesn’t even work in a room with no service is a huge hazard aside from inconvenience. I’m sorry, but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Reason for two stars is the location of the hotel.

The hotel is affordable and really worth it for the price. The receptionists were very kind and always helpful, which made our stay more comfortable. The only downside is that there’s no elevator, but honestly, everything else made up for it. It’s in the Old Quarter, the CR is clean, and they give fresh towels every day. We stayed here for 11 days and truly felt taken care of.

We had a very good stay here! - Very helpful staff too! (Duy was excellent both times we stayed!)||The private room we had both times we stayed was more hotel like and still a very reasonable price. The room was Very comfortable and well equipped with fridge, tv and nice bathroom. ||Great location in the Old Quarter too! ||Both times we stayed, we had to leave early and Duy was very helpful getting us on the WiFi and helping with our bags and liaising with the representative from the bus when we had to leave.||Duy also went beyond the call of duty and carried our bags upstairs for us and recommended good places to go nearby. ||We liked it so much we came back 1 week later before our flight out!
