i loved it here, the staff were so friendly and even remembered the names of my friends i was with so great attention to detail, it’s so clean, the homemade breakfast in the morning is a delight the beds are super comfy and the showers are really nice and warm which was good because it was quite cold when i stayed, also very helpful organising transport to places ! thank you for the stay :)

This is where I stored my luggage instead of the Sheraton. It's very convenient, and the male staff are flexible/ helpful. The online check-in and pay in advance are superb!

I loved my stay here, Phuong and all the staff were so helpful and friendly. I loved the hello kitty bedding too! Good location and even better staff

I accidentally left my luggage at this hostel because I had stayed here before and mixed up the address with another booking. Even though the mistake was entirely mine, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful and had no problem keeping my bag for me. They were friendly, calm, and made the whole situation completely stress-free. I really appreciated their honesty and willingness to help, especially as a traveler passing through. I have stayed here before and had a great experience, and this situation only confirmed how professional and welcoming the staff are. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hostel.

Location is really good - I think the biggest plus. Bathroom in a dorm - also good. But the dorm was really big (14 beds?)and it doesn’t close, so everyone can enter. The common area should go serious renovation, it looks very bad. It doesn’t give this cozy vibe for backpackers to integrate. I changed the hostel after one night because I didn’t feel good. Breakfast was not good either.

If I do not like the place I would prefer not to rate, but not now. This was the worst place I've stayed in Vietnam. DESCRIPTION ON BOOKING.COM DOES NOT CORRESPOND WITH REALITY. 1) Booking - photos with a window next to the bed. Reality - there's one window behind the door between the showers. There's practically no natural light in the room. 2) Booking - mix dorm room with a view. Reality - view in the hall behind the door between the showers. No view in the room. Obviously, no balcony. 2)Booking - brightly colored bed frames. Reality - frames are dark brown with gray curtains that don't block out the light if someone turns it on in the middle of the night. 3) Booking - the same price for mixed and women dorm (when I booked I saw just mixed dorm and no option to choose ladie's dorm. Maybe they added it later) Reality - they charge you "just" 17k/night for transferring from mix to ladies dorm. Plus, they do not split women and men in mix dorm like the other places do. 4) Booking - free ealry check in and late check out. Reality - they charge you 50k for the 10 min - 1h of delay. Even if it us traffic collapse because of the heavy rain and flooded streets. "It is not their falut" that you cannot go through of these conditions. No customer focus or human attitude. 5) Broken headshower and light in one of shower cabin. There's always someone's hair in the sink and a soaking wet towel on the floor 6) The woman on reception is rude and unprofessional, just "doing business, nothing personal". In hospitality industy. Cool. 7) Parking is on the street on the pedestian line so bikes are wet then it is a heavy rain. 8) Moscitos in the reception/co-working place. You will hardly sit there if you do not have your own fumigator and sensitive to moscito bite. 9) They insult customers who write truthful but inconvenient reviews (woman on reception) 10) With all described above they charge x2 price compared to the same other places. Btw they have pluses: 1) Nice and polite guys at the reception 2) Nice breakfast 3) Free hot water and tea on the 1st floor. I made pics with and without lamp turned on.

I had booked five nights stay and I ended up staying also just only and that’s because I arrived at 11pm and had no other choice. I had specifically asked for a female dorm and I was placed in a mixed one. |Then the place is absolutely filthy. The bathrooms I have no idea when and if they are being cleaned and the smell is really bad. |I had an upper bunk bed and there was no protection not to fall down! All night I had to sleep and keep in mind to stay as closer to the wall as possible! |Noise from the street will not let you sleep even with earplugs on. |I have no idea why this is a so high rated hostel but I know for sure that the photos are nothings like what you will really find when you visit.
