  Stayed there from 18 to 20 May 2026. The room was nice and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helped us a lot during our stay. We also booked a package trip to Ninh Binh with them, and they managed to organize everything even though it was a last-minute booking. The location is excellent and very convenient. Would definitely recommend staying here!

  Great value for money in Hanoi. The facilities were good and everything was clean and comfortable. The staff were especially kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions. A great option if you’re looking for an affordable stay in the city. Highly recommended!😊🏨✨

  Very welcoming and very helpful. It is both a hostel and a tour agency. I was able to book a day out to Ha Long Bay and was picked up from there. My room was nice and clean and had a balcony. If you struggle going up stairs I would not recommend it. But I myself did not mind. If you need to convert your money back/from American they can help you with this. And if it happens to rain there are umbrellas by the front door you can also. And to top it off it is quite central to many things in the Old Quarter. I highly recommend this place.

  The owner is kind to us. I message them 1st to ensure that are hotel should clean and good . Our room are big and bath room also. It have mini ref inside. My son love there complimentary candies. The hostel location are very accessible for everything.

  Would not recommend considering staying here. The pictures look NOTHING like what the hostel is actually like - which is dirty and unclean and is quite frankly a safety concern. We had booked three nights here but on arrival, immediately booked somewhere else. Despite the false advertisement of the hostel and Agoda, neither offered us any kind of refund.

  We got room at 4th floor without lift 😂. My fault not check the review and info update from Google about the hostel. They need to repair a lot of things in the room. But for basic rest it's quite ok lah compare to the price and location. AC ok. Just tired every out and in need to use stairs

  Pros:|1. The hostel is conveniently located in the heart of the old quarter, making it easy to explore nearby attractions.|2. The staff were helpful and accommodating, which was a positive aspect of my stay.||Cons:|1. The actual condition of the hostel did not match the pictures online. The building and rooms appeared much older and less maintained.

  Simply the best stay I’ve had, worth every penny.Perfectly situated close to attractions, transport yet quiet at night. Great views too!Thanks.
