Amazing value for money stay! Great WiFi, comfortable beds, central, quiet location and nice showers. Nan was helpful by giving me tips for places to see and restaurants, would definitely come back!

Very nice hostel with air conditioning in rooms, super quiet and clean. Perfect for rest while traveling. The location is awesome too! There is fridge, water filter, shampoo, everything that is needed when you’re traveling.

First impression was really good 👍 The lobby area was clean, and the room was also clean and tidy, just like in the owner’s video. I checked in in the afternoon to evening, and everything was still well prepared. The location is close to the main road. Cars can’t stop right in front of the hostel, so you need to walk a bit, but it’s easy to find if you follow Google Maps 📍 The room was comfortable, clean, and fully equipped 🛏️✨ All electronics worked well. There is a water heater, AC, TV connected to Netflix and YouTube, fridge, hairdryer, towels, slippers, toiletries, and a wardrobe. The bed was soft, and the pillows and blanket were very comfortable. The staff were super kind and helpful 💕 I accidentally got a small cut when borrowing a knife, and they immediately helped me with a bandage, betadine, and cotton 😭👍 Even though not all staff speak fluent English, communication was still okay and I could ask for help easily. The admin on WhatsApp was very fast to reply 📱 and even sent a video tutorial to show how to get to the room from the reception. The vibe is perfect for solo travelers or trips with friends 👯♀️ From December 31 to January 4, my friend and I paid 2,280,000 VND, and it was totally worth it 💰✨ Walking to the Old Quarter takes about 17 minutes and feels safe 🚶♀️ I walked back and forth many times with no problem. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Hanoi 🇻🇳💖

Great staff, really cheap, clean, and good AC! I wish there was a little more shared space and/or a kitchen, but otherwise I was very happy with it! I stayed here once this was my second time, and I think I'll be coming back in the near future

The owner is very attentive and a helpful guy. He even picked up my suitcase across the bridge. I stayed in a female room with 6 bed. Even though they they try hard to clean the room unfortunately people are not so hygienic in the bathroom and common places..

I changed it for two nights to recover quietly from food poisoning, rotting in bed for two days... At least it had reverse osmosis filtered water, AC and fans. Quiet street Several levels. The host was very friendly and accommodating. People were definitely smoking in the rooms. It smelt pretty bad, even despite AC, fans, and extractor fans. I don't think any food was offered. A bit far outside the old quarter, only accessible by pedestrian overpass over the till road. Not very social. Beds were quite hard and a little thin. The (mostly Chinese) guests weren't very considerate of others talking on the phones at 3:00 a.m. in the morning or ongoing alarms and consistently snoozing them for hours. One ground level toilet, usually occupied by the same Chinese people, it was ridiculous. Otherwise the next bathroom was several stories up.

We stayed here twice. The first time, no complaints. A normal hostel, not the best location, but fine. Clean enough. Second stay: the bathroom stank of urine, the trash can was overflowing. I realised half way through our second night that, upon a closer sniff test, my pillowcase hadn’t been changed and smelt of someone else’s BO. 😫 No duvet, just a duvet cover to sleep under. One bathroom to 8 beds with no additional sinks/toilets. There was a line for the bathroom both evenings. Plus, no female-only dorm option. It was pretty cheap so, I guess we were getting what we paid for? But I’ve stayed in hostels for a similar price that didn’t have these issues. Maybe we just got unlucky?

I stayed here twice, but the first time I didn't notice all the details. Overall, it's a very bad area with nothing around. The staff pretends to care and clean. The bed linen is disgusting, the pillow is uncomfortable.Sometimes it is impossible to approach and enter a hostel if there are motorcycles there. The second time I came, I noticed the staff was rude and didn't even say hello the last few days. My friend left a ring on his bed and it disappeared. The staff pretended it was their fault. I asked the receptionist for help, she was at the computer. After I selected my items, she brazenly hinted that I should also select them from the ones I had previously selected in my shopping cart. I paid for something in the shopping cart. This is extortion. Towels are paid. Only water is free. There is a kettle at the entrance, but the mugs are dirty and you are offered to drink from them. I recommended this hostel after my first visit, and when I came back the second time, I brought a fellow countryman. Now, I'm not recommending it. I understand they'd be busy with something. Guests arrive early in the morning and come at night; I have let them in many times, but the staff sleeps until 9 or 10 o'clock and goes to the reception. I lived on the first floor in a room with 2 bunk beds (4 pieces) and lockers on the second floor inside the room, a toilet. On the first floor, you have to go to the toilet, and there is only one toilet for 8 people, so it is impossible to sleep. It is impossible to sleep because the circulation pump is working.
