This stay is above average. Hope it will be better in my next stay.

stay away / loud construction / broken bed do not book this place. its right next to a loud construction site that starts at 6am with continuous hammering and throwing around of metal pipes all day. the neighborhood is boring with several construction projects going on, even on weekends. you are right next to shouting workers and barking dogs but far from everything else. the place itself is old, run down and its sketchy to use any of the furniture because its literally falling apart. the mattress is hard, uncomfortable and two main slats of the bed frame were broken. every time you leave the room you have to put the door code in just to get the door to properly close. the room/bathroom doors have big glass windows which take away privacy and let in light from the hallway. my last night the electricity in my room randomly shut off, everything stopped working except for the light in the hallway. guests were trying to use the shared bathroom at the same time.

Very nice staff and tried to do their best to help. They lent us a rice cooker to heat up left overs. It is a typical basic Vietnamese style homestay, no luxury, but adequate for us. Not for young people who like night life and the excitement of the old quarter. With return price for Grab, it is still cheaper and less chaotic than staying in the old quarters for my family. Low pressure, but hot water available for shower all day. No heating in the winter. It was cold on our first night because it was cloudy. The rest of our stay was ok because it was partly sunny. If you don't mind roughing it and looking for a safe, and economic place to sleep and shower, this is the ideal place.

The room was spacious and in walking distance to a grocery mart and local food/coffee. Easy to catch a grab to bring you to old town. The hot water was a welcome experience during the travel. A little noisey sometimes with animals and people. Other than that, an exceptional host. Would stay again.

It was super cute! We had a lovely clean spacious room and a balcony in a really cute quiet area!

Basic accomodation enough for its price. The owner is approachable and kind allowing us to saty 2 more hours

Not the best for staying for long. The service was good and they were ready to help us no matter what time is it. The only thing I didn’t like was, the place was really hard to find.
