Great stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent—close to restaurants and the night market, all within walking distance, which made everything so convenient. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, perfect for a relaxing stay. Definitely a great choice if you’re looking for convenience and good service!

I had a really positive experience here the staff were amazing and welcoming. Only downside is theres no elevator. Room was really clean and housekeeping came every day to spruce the room up. Martin and Binh were the 2 staff members who really stood out and went over and above to make sure everything was comfortable...even a simple how are you today was nice to hear every morning. A good hotel and a great location.

This hostel is in perfect spot. walkable to some of tourist spots, souvenier shops, famous coffee shops & restaurants. Very affordable also. They also have spa and if you stay there you get discount. Thank you Mr. Tang and to all the staff. I had i great stay here. everyone is so friendly and accomodating.

We stayed for four nights. Fantastic location for our needs. lovely little local restaurants nearby, attractions were always a cheap grab journey away. HSBC ATM was also close by. Bed was comfortable, room was a good size. Our view was mostly taken up by a wall, but we didn't stay there to stare out the window. Water was hot and shower was good. Climbing the stairs always put a smile on our faces, even after a long day of walking around Hanoi (4th floor). The staff were always friendly, and we enjoyed our stay there. The area feels very safe, there is an old indoor market close by and fantastic coffee shops.

We did last minutes booking this hostel, we got 900K VND /Night The first night was so noisy from the upstairs neigbor till 3AM we couldnt sleep. Staff was very helpfull since we are check in bit late. and i think, there is most of the hostel in this area wasn’t provide the lift , but staff was very helpfull to carry our luggage on the 3rd floor we are stay. The wifi connection was very poor since we have roaming internet but its not really good connection as well in this place 😣 We try the full body massage and we got special price for the guest in house (vietnam massage is really different experience) See u hanoi

The photos aren't from today. We left because the window wouldn't close. Security level 0. It's not like the photos. It needs a lot of maintenance.

I wasn’t expecting much since it’s a hostel, but damn this place was rough. We booked 6 nights and dipped by the 3rd. I get it. it’s right in the middle of everything. But it’s not even comfortable to sleep. The duvet smelled old and dusty, and the whole room had this weird smell the entire time. Bathroom exhaust fan worked when it wanted to, lights were flickering like crazy, and the sink pipes were messed up so you’d get wet just trying to wash your hands. Bidet was useless, too short, and the shower setup made no sense. What really got me though was a bug crawling on my face while I was trying to sleep. So nah. Booked a better hotel right after that. We complained but they still didn’t give us a refund for the nights we didn’t stay. Only good thing honestly was the auntie who helped us carry all our luggage. she was super accommodating and really nice. Just don’t stay here yall.

Our experience at this hotel was absolutely awful. The reception was cold, unwelcoming, and completely unhelpful. From the very first moment, it was clear that the staff simply do not care about their guests. There is no elevator, and the stairs are extremely difficult to climb — especially when carrying luggage. No assistance was offered. The rooms are disgusting and smell terrible. The cleanliness level is unacceptable, and the toilets are filthy and poorly maintained. The staff’s attitude is inappropriate and disrespectful. The reception closes early, and if you arrive after 1 AM, you are literally left outside with no solution — basically forced to sleep on a bench. There are no refunds for anything, and when you raise concerns, they just tell you to deal with it. No help, no consideration, no accountability. This was a shocking and disgraceful experience. I strongly advise others to avoid this place.
