  Very clean and well decorated rooms. All the staff speak excellent English and will help you with anything. The location is very good as well. Quiet at night and just a 5 minute walk from the old quarter. Closer to other attractions in Hanoi than hotels in the old quarter. Excellent….

  I booked for one night and ended up staying four. I even had a six-bed dorm room to myself for two nights. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. Ving at reception, in particular, was incredibly dedicated and helpful, and his warm manner made me feel welcome immediately. I also received lots of useful tips. Thanks again!

  I had a wonderfully comfortable stay here. I arrived earlier than expected and the team kindly accommodated an early check-in, which made our first day much smoother. The room was spotless, nicely decorated with comfortable bedding and thoughtful amenities. Location was convenient for food and transport. Highly recommend this hostel!!

  Clean well organised hostel. Nice quieter location compared to old town. Good top floor for working and hanging out. Nice staff who explained things well, gave recommendations, and were friendly However the downsides: possibly the worst bed I've slept on in 3 months of travelling, and I've stayed in some seriously budget places. For the price tag, I did not expect to be sleeping on a brick - and I'm not really that fussy but this was not comfortable. Common review among all rooms it seems. The breakfast was very odd. Ordered a bahn mi which was just a baguette with a few cut up vegetables and a bit of tomato sauce, no spread or butter. Pho was ok though. Was difficult to get cleaning to come to room. Not particularly social atmosphere, could have done with a decent bar space.

  It's the second time i'm staying in this hostel, staff is amazing, ir very clean and comfortable. I'd loved staying here before and I repeated again. For sure, this would be my option again whenever I come back. Staff here is the best, always willing to help.

  Really great place to stay that we booked it twice- first night in hanoi and 2 more nights after we xame back from sapa. Close to old quarter and walking distancw to some temples and sites you can visit. Very friendly staffs especially Vinh! Very accomodating. We had some issue with the AC but they fixed it RIGHT AWAY! I woupd definitely recommend this Hostel to everyone

  this isn't my first time here. I do like that this place has the top floor where you can work. the room are pretty nice but can get a bit stuffy cause lack of window. the blanket is thin so it does get cold from the ac at night. there are tables on the first floor too.
