  Excellent Stay Worth Every Penny Located in Hanoi Old Quarter, near the airport and close to Hanoi’s most visited tourist attractions. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had enough space for our luggage. They were also complete with the essentials we needed while traveling, such as a hair blower, hangers, cabinets, and other useful amenities. The stay was truly worth every penny, with excellent service from all the hotel staff who were friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the noise level was very manageable, allowing us to sleep comfortably and peacefully throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was also very good, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from.

  We spent almost a week at Aurora Premium and had a truly memorable stay! We started our mornings with their delicious breakfast buffet while taking in the stunning view of the Hanoi skyline. Even though our room didn’t have an external window, the super comfy beds and excellent interior and bathroom design more than made up for it. A major highlight was the hospitality. The staff (special shoutout to Quavo!) were incredibly helpful and attentive. It was a top-notch experience from start to finish. Highly recommended to family and friends!

  I had an absolutely perfect stay at Aurora Hotel in Hanoi. Everything exceeded my expectations from the beautiful, spotless rooms to the excellent facilities and delicious breakfast. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Every team member was incredibly warm, professional, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their hospitality made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel’s location is also perfect, making it easy to explore Hanoi’s Old Quarter and nearby attractions. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I highly recommend Aurora Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. I will definitely be back!

  Our home away from home for the last 3 nights in beautiful Hanoi. 🇻🇳❤️ A huge thank you to Aurora Hotel Hanoi for making our stay such an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, the hospitality was nothing short of exceptional. Especially it was my wife's birthday. A very special shout-out to Jennie for going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Your kindness, warm smile, and willingness to help made our trip even more memorable. It's people like you who turn a great hotel into an unforgettable experience. One of the things we loved most was the hotel's supreme location. Nestled in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter, it was the perfect base for exploring the city's rich history, vibrant streets, delicious food, Train Street, Hoàn Kiếm Lake, and so many other attractions—all just a short walk away. We spent less time commuting and more time making incredible memories. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, excellent service, and a location that's hard to beat—what more could a traveler ask for? Thank you, Aurora Hotel, for being part of our Vietnam adventure. We'll definitely be recommending you to our family and friends, and hopefully, we'll be back again someday. Until next time, Hanoi!   I had a wonderful stay at Aurora Hotel Hanoi. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly, professional, and able to communicate well in English. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices, and the rooftop restaurant and Sky Bar offered an amazing view of Hanoi. I also enjoyed the Buy 1 Get 1 Free drink promotion at the Sky Bar. What impressed me the most was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. On the night of 30 June 2026, after an extremely demanding business trip with a tight schedule travelling from Yiwu – Shanghai – Hanoi, I suddenly developed a severe headache, probably due to exhaustion and lack of rest. I arrived in Hanoi early in the morning, and the hotel kindly allowed me to check in early at around 9:30 AM, which I truly appreciated. When the staff saw that I was unwell, they immediately offered to help and quickly went to a nearby pharmacy to buy Panadol for me. Their kindness, care, and prompt assistance meant so much to me because I was in such bad condition that I could hardly get out of bed. Thanks to their thoughtful help, I was able to rest, recover, and catch my flight home the next morning. We checked out smoothly at 6:00 AM to head to the airport. Thank you to everyone at Aurora Hotel for your outstanding hospitality and genuine care. You made a difficult day much easier for me, and I will always remember your kindness. I will definitely stay at Aurora Hotel again the next time I visit Hanoi. Highly recommended!

  Words cannot describe the service and staff of this hotel! Every aspect was wonderful. From the friendliest staff, to beautiful breakfast and views from the 11th floor to the location and dreamy beds, we could not recommend it more! We left after a couple days and returned for one more night and they were genuinely so happy to see us and were so welcoming. The location in the old quarter is perfect. We walked everywhere! Thank you to Mark Hoang, who was amazing… and the whole staff! We will be back!

  We had such an amazing stay at Aurora Premium Hotel in Hanoi! The hospitality here was genuinely some of the best service I’ve experienced at any hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond - they thoughtfully allowed us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. The next night, we were taking the overnight train to Sapa, and even after checkout they kindly gave us access to their spa shower facilities so we could freshen up before our trip. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made a huge difference. Throughout our stay, the staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and friendly, with so many small thoughtful touches that made us feel truly welcomed. The breakfast was also great with lots of variety, and the location was very central and convenient for exploring Hanoi. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi!

  I had a wonderful stay at Aurora Premium Hotel and would absolutely recommend it. Everything was excellent: the room was very spacious, quiet, and comfortable, the location is perfect for exploring the Old Quarter, and the breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice.What really stood out was the exceptional service. Even though I had checked out in the morning and my flight was after midnight, the hotel kindly offered me the possibility to take a shower in the evening before going to the airport, which made a huge difference and was incredibly thoughtful. This level of care truly shows how much they value their guests. A fantastic stay from start to finish, I would definitely stay here again.
