I cannot recommend this spot. I wanted a place outside of the city near west lake however the entire experience was disappointing from booking to the rooms to the area. This place is on a highway next to a construction site, so it's loud 24/7, and if a bulldozer working at 2am doesn't wake you the roosters kept next door will at 4am. All you hear is traffic and the other people staying next door. The hotel and rooms are nothing like they appear in the photos, expect dreary, cigarette smelling, musty rooms. No view. Bring your own sponge for the kitchen and glasses because the room I got had neither. There is nothing to see or walk to in the area. You have to Grab half way back to town if you want a shop. The staff were helpful, so this is my negative review is not a reflection on them, but just the accommodation.

Do not stay here. Inaccurate information: text and pictures on Booking and Google are not representative. See our photos for the actual state of the apartment. Bad Communication: We were offered to check-in between 12:00 and 13:00 but when we arrived at 12:45, we had to either pay 100.000 Vietnam Dong or cancel our Booking and book through then (so we could not leave this review). Must communication is forced in Vietnamese and not understandable. The noise level is unbearable, both during the night and during the day. The windows and walls are not sound proof so you constantly hear traffic from the adjacent busy road (vehicles and hooking as fits Vietnam), there are multiple animals (chickens/roosters, dogs and others), and then there is always some form of construction noise. You have to enter through the garage and the gate might be closed, Then you'll have to text a random WhatsApp number and hope someone responds. The hotel only gives two bath towels, not other towels are provided.

Although we had requested airport pickup, no one showed up and we had to take a taxi. We couldn’t find the hotel even though it was right in front of us, because it looked completely different from the photos on the website and we didn’t recognize it. You have to enter through a creepy garage, and instead of a reception there’s just a table with keys — they tell you over the phone which one to take. The room wasn’t the one we had booked either. There’s no soundproofing at all; it feels like you’re sleeping on the street. Everything also smelled really bad. I honestly don’t recommend this hotel at all — we had a very bad experience, and each thing was worse than the last.

Reading the reviews we were very skeptical about this apartment stay, with many highlighting the check in process. We arrived at 23:00 as our flight was delayed, this made me worry as many had said the check in process is awful. It is unusual but we were able to get checked in within 5-10 mins of arriving! A key point: I GOT MY GRAB DRIVER TO HELP RING THE NUMBER DISPLAYED IN THE SECURITY HUT AT THE GARAGE. This made the process so much easier and smoother! I believe if you arrive during the day there’s someone who man’s the security office and can check you in. When arriving at night keep an eye out for the Vinfast dealership sign as this is beside the apartment block.Once we picked up the key,you go up the lift. There is hotline numbers and the wifi password is displayed in the lift and room. The room was clean and spacious, with a good amount of amenities for a short stay! The washing machine is a 2n1 and the tumble dryer can take longer with a larger load. It can be a bit noisy the sliding doors are poor at soundproofing but it is a busy city so it is expected! Location is slightly out of town but was able to get Grabs without an issue and if you like a stroll there is a few shops and food places 10-15mins walk.Overall i’m pleased with my stay and would recommend for the price!

The room is quite clean, very big space, apartment type, worth the price. However the location is really not good because we can hardly get a grab to Lotte Mall. None of the grab wants to pick up. End up we need to walk there. At night, due to the building is facing the main road, sound proof is bad that we can hear the noise from the vehicles on the main road , whole night...Nice view though. Can see the colorful bridge

most women or little girls talk too much and they make too much noise. The other things are good. The hot water didn't come out. When an immature woman tries to enter my life, my life usually gets worse; girls are generally not good for my health. And sometimes girls STRESS men out!!My life is GOOD WITHOUT THOSE GIRLS.In the past I've had very bad experiences with small minded girls who tried to copy me, but I'm never available for copies. Copies are still copies.I am an inters man and men deserve a good quality life, without violence, without discrimination.MEN ARE WORTH A LOT. boguangyuluo 🚹👨🏾🎤 MAYBE YOU UNDERSTAND!!!!!

I booked 3 more nights because the room is so nice, the owner is very kind and helpful, the room is clean but sometimes I saw ants, big enough for family or couple, the view is good with West Lake, I am too busy to enjoy it but location is good if you want somewhere is nearby West Lake.
