  it was very nice and convenient place.cleanliness is top class and the breakfast was so good. location wisw is very good. little but far from old wuarter but very close to west lake and also its not that far from old quarter atleast we stayed in peace. But its super close to other attraction like pagoda, hoc-hi minh mouse len.highly recommended.

  As I go on my own, I thought it very helpful if the staff can offer to help me bring my suitcase to the taxi when I check out. I brought 3 big luggage on my own without any help especially im just a girl. So disappointed ☹️

  The hotel was very central. We had been to Saigon a week before so knew area, reason for booking this hotel. 10 minute walk to market and drinking area. The staff on reception we very welcoming and had good English and was able to give us directions to a shop we had been looking for. Mr Ryan and Ms chery were staff who welcomed us when we arrived. After being shown to room we had a look around the pool and afternoon tea, which was complimentary. We spoke with Nhi, who was lovely and if there was words she did not know used the translator, although she did have good English. We only stayed one night as was travelling back home next day. If we return would use this hotel, breakfast was also lovely as all staff we met. Bed was hard, when we told them this said they can change mattress for a softer one. As only one night we did not, but more than one night would have accepted this offer.

  The price is resonable. The room is big and clean. They have washing machine inside the room. And they have a nice rooftop where you can have breakfast and enjoh the view.

  Our experience with Luxe is generally good. We have read well the reviews before booking and adjusted our expectations therefore no complains. We would have liked it more if improved room cleaning and an inclusion of English breakfast like are included in the service.

  The location is excellent, right in the centre of Trúc Bach and between the Old Quarter, Tay Ho and Ba Dinh. However, we stayed in two rooms (balcony, then standard) and had to clean them ourselves when we arrived. There was some mold and flies in one room, as it was a bit old. There is a kitchen but no plates or cutlery, and reception couldn’t help us. We asked for towels, toilet paper and new bin bags many times and housekeeping was inconsistent - we often didn’t get it. We tried to cancel our last night because we wanted to go. Fine for 1-2 nights but wouldn’t go back

  Amazing location near the lake and plenty cafés and restaurants around. The apartments were big enough. The beds were good and clean. Good kitchen, good shower with hot water. AC and washer machine. The staff was amazing, very nice and helpful. Good breakfast. I would definitely return.

  The location of the hotel is perfect! The staff were really polite and kind, but it needs serious improvement concerning the cleaning service.
