  Our stay in Hanoi was truly outstanding, and much of that was due to the exceptional hospitality provided by Dave & his team. What impressed us even before we arrived was Dave’s proactive communication—he reached out several weeks ahead of our trip to discuss our request for an early morning check-in and thoughtfully presented multiple options that would be most convenient for us. This level of care immediately gave us confidence that we were in good hands. Throughout our stay, both Dave and his team were attentive, friendly, and always willing to assist with anything we needed, from local recommendations to ensuring our accommodation experience was as comfortable and seamless as possible. The property itself was excellent, and the location made it easy to explore Hanoi and experience the city's vibrant culture. What truly set this experience apart was the level of service that continued even after our stay had ended. Dave and Tony went above and beyond by helping us transport our luggage to our next accommodation, which was incredibly helpful and greatly appreciated. Their kindness, generosity, and genuine dedication to guest satisfaction are qualities that are increasingly rare to find. In addition, the breakfast served at their sister company was exceptional—offering delicious food, excellent quality, and a wonderful start to each day. Every interaction reflected a commitment to hospitality that exceeded our expectations. Thanks to Dave, Eddie, Tony & the team, our (mini) honeymoon in Hanoi was not only comfortable and convenient but also memorable, and we would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the city.

  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spic and span, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were outstanding, friendly, welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. Thanks to Dave and Charlie.Their excellent customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a comfortable place with genuinely caring and professional staff. We would be definitely stay here again.

  Our stay at Hanoi Emerald Waters Hotel Valley was absolutely amazing! We booked the Family Suite and it was perfect for our family. Spacious, clean, cozy, and complete with great amenities like comfortable beds, strong WiFi, minibar, air conditioning, and a relaxing seating area. The location was also super convenient, right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. What truly made this stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, and very accommodating from check-in until checkout. Huge shout-out to Dave and the whole team for going above and beyond to take care of us. Our flight was very early in the morning, and they even prepared breakfast for us before we left. That small gesture meant a lot and made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommended if you want comfort, great service, and people who genuinely care about their guests. Definitely a 5-star experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Had a wonderful stay at this Hotel. Had to go down a short alley to get to the main entrance. Rooms were clean and tidy. Highlight of the stay were the staff - Dave, Hainie and Tom who were very attentive to all our needs. They were very kind to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday during our stay. Breakfast was at a nearby hotel - the Lucien lakeside as their kitchen was undergoing renovations during our stay. Although this was a 7mins walk away, the breakfast there was fancy and we did not mind.

  My partner and I stayed 10 nights in the Emerald Waters hotel and it was perfect. The room was clean, comfortable, and cleaned regularly. We also booked a day tour through the hotel which was one of our best experiences on the trip. Dave and the rest of the team took a great amount of care making sure all our needs were met and I would highly recommend to stay here.

  I would like to thank some of the staffs working there. Mr Dave, PA, Tu, Celine and Hanie were quite accommodating. Ms Celine took time to bring us to their sister hotel which was a 5 mins walk away for breakfast as the hotel’s kitchen was under reconstruction. They were kind enough to store our bags safely while we were away after we checked out the room. Our bus was only at night. So meanwhile while sightseeing we kept our bags at the hotel. After return, the staffs even provided towel to have a quick shower before leaving. Ms Hanie provided some warm tea while I was waiting in the lobby though we checked out at that point. Mr Dave made sure we had all the comfort during our stay there. Would highly recommend this place for the service provided by the staffs.

  Amazing hotel! Ideal ideal location in the old quarter, right next to hong Kiem lake. The hotel is gorgeous and the rooms have great amenities. We used the laundry service and were thrilled to have all our clothes ironed and pressed for a low price. The staff is incredible, especially Hanie! She was beyond kind and helpful and gave great lunch recommendations.

  We had a wonderful stay - the rooms were lovely and very clean, the staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and accomodating, and the hotel is in a great spot. Great value! We stayed here before and after we went to Ha Giang, and we were able to check in at 2am when we returned with no issues at all. Would highly recommend Hanoi Emerald Waters Hotel Valley to anyone.
