I had a fantastic stay at Grand Plaza and hope to come back soon. The staff was so attentive and customer service top notch! The club level and Madison Privee in particular stood above and beyond!

I stay at this hotel every time I visit on business. The rooms are spacious and clean, and I have never experienced any issues with the staff—the service is consistently pleasant and stress-free. There is a convenience store located in the lobby on the ground floor, and a large supermarket as well as a shopping mall are within walking distance, making it very convenient for shopping and daily necessities. If you want to visit the main tourist attractions, you will usually need to use Grab, but that is not much of a hassle. While the hotel may not offer anything particularly exceptional or luxurious, it does everything well. Overall, I think it is a solid and reliable choice with a good balance of comfort and convenience.

The private lounge on the 26th floor is amazing - quiet, comfortable, and very private.I had breakfast here and returned in the evening for drinks. The service was exceptional. Ms. Ly was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, and she made the whole experience feel special. The food and drinks were fantastic.I'll definitely be a regular here.

Although the room I had was very big and comfortable, the experience I had aT Grand Plaza was tainted by the breakfast service. As a vegetarian, the options for warm food was minimal and almost non-existent. I eat eggs and cheese and this definitely helped, but I would feel badly for vegans. At the egg counter, I asked for a no-onion egg white omelet and got one with onions, which I still ate with a sigh. Then the next day, I asked for the same and this time, none of the 3 chefs knew what to do. I approached an English-speaking attendant to tell the chefs what I wanted. They seemed to have understood as one of them started separating the egg yolks from the egg white but WITH THE PALM OF HIS HAND! Even I know how to separate egg whites from egg yolks using the shell of the egg. It was not hygienic! But he then scrambled the eggs. So, after a long time, I finally received my egg white omelette but I was worried the egg whites had passed through the chef’s non-gloved palm. I am surprised that at a 5-star hotel, the chefs (all 3) had no idea how to made an egg white omelette and how to separate yolk from whites. Shocking. The breakfast buffet, no matter how lavish, was made with only non-vegans and non-vegetarians in mind. That is a real shame because it negatively affected my experience of the hotel service.
