It’s clean, fresh, and nice from the services from hotel staff including receptionists. Really satisfied when I stayed there and I fell relaxed. Breakfast is good for multi menu and can see that including prepared for diet people. Actually I wanted to give rating to 6 😀, but the rating is only available for 5 is the highest. Thanks you for the time at Hanoi Hotel. I will choose for my next stayed for sure. ❤️

I recently stayed at this hotel during a 2-day business trip in Hanoi, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made it comfortable after a long day of work. One of the highlights was the breakfast area, located near a small lake. The view was quite romantic and peaceful, creating a relaxing atmosphere to start the day. The breakfast buffet also offered a wide variety of dishes, so there were plenty of choices to suit different tastes. However, one downside was the noticeable smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways. This slightly affected the overall experience, especially for non-smokers.

The gym is small but good enough. The staff brought the food I purchased online to my room. Great!

The hotel is old but super clean. It has some features that newer hotels do not have and vice versa it is missing some. For a first time traveler to Hanoi, maybe it would be best to look for a hotel closer the the hoan liem lake or city center. This hotel is convenient if you are coming for business or if not your first time to Vietnam. Hanoi opera house was a 20 mins grab ride away. Grab is convenient so we did not face any issues. Vincom center and lotte department store are 15 to 20 mins walk away. Staff was super polite and helpful with our luggage. Hotel did not charge me any deposit. Did not go to the casino. Gym was good. Spa was a bit weird, we did not understand how it worked when we went there to try and booked, so we skipped. Breakfast has a wide variety. Overall pleasant experience.

One of the nicest hotels in Vietnam, very clean and very nice. I would always checkin here everytime I go back to Hanoi.

Nice hotel next to a small lake. Lots of eateries nearby. Highly recommended.

The hotel is clean and in a good location, we got a lake view room which was amazing. The best thing in the hotel is the staff, everyone is super accomodating and welcoming. Breakfast is okay but can be improved.

The location was nice, with a decent view of the lake, which added to the ambiance. My room was modern and comfortable, though it felt a bit small for a 4-star rating. The bed was cozy, and the large windows let in good natural light.||I tried the Chinese restaurant, and the dim sum was quite tasty, but I expected a bit more variety on the menu. The steamed shrimp dim sum was good, but some dishes felt average.||The staff were friendly, which I appreciated, but there were times when service was a bit slow, especially during peak hours. Overall, my stay was pleasant, but I think there’s room for improvement in both the dining options and service efficiency. I would consider returning, but I’d look into other options first.
