  This hotel is located near the Hoàn Kiếm Lake, wlaking distance between restaurants and souvenir shops. They have good service, bountiful and delicious breakfasts.

  Our room was clean, good and the staff were exceptional. Mr. Kent was nice and kind. Although there was a problem with the bathroom lock, they were kind enough to offer us a late checkout for a discounted price. Overall a pretty good experience. Enjoyed a lot with my family at this stay!

  While exploring Hanoi, we found this hotel offering day use rooms (half-day rate). We were a group of 5 and were given the 6th floor family room with 3 double beds. The room was large and spacious, comfortably fitting all of us along with our luggage. The bathroom was also big with a bathtub, though the drainage was quite slow. Water splashed onto the floor even when the shower curtain was properly tucked inside the tub. Floor towels were provided, but not enough to fully dry the wet floor. On the positive side, the beds were clean and comfortable, and the air-conditioning worked very well. Staff were polite and accommodating. The location is excellent right in the center of Hanoi making it convenient for a short stay while exploring the city, freshening up, or having a quick rest before departing to the airport for your flight.

  Although this is most definitely a budget hotel, which is what we wanted, The location is perfect. It was not as noisy as we expected for the old quarter. Easy walking distance to everything. And the staff were really friendly. Included breakfast was was fair for price.

  Really dirty place, I didn‘t even check-in and had to leave immediatly. The toilets where clogged with toilet paper and there where party people screaming through the hallway really loud at 5 in the morning and the staff didn‘t care at all. I saw some people wasting a whole roll of paper towels and it seemed more like a party location, than a place to sleep.

  Perfect location right in the middle of the old town. We had a windowless room, which we knew in advance -it was ok for a night. The AC didn’t work, as we came back late and were leaving early we didn’t bother asking to change room but we woke up boiling hot. The bathroom was tiny and mouldy at places so wouls benefit from a good clean up. In the middle of the afternoon our door was opened and somebody tried to come in - without even knocking. When we mentioned it to reception they said the cleaner thought the room was empty. It made us uncomfortable both about privacy and safety of our belongings.

  I was there for a foot massage. 1 hour went from 400.000 to 300.000 as other places are a lot cheaper. The movements were all almost the same, not very much of a variation. Also a little to soft, which I could have told her, when she asked but I didn’t want to have harder grips if they went to same exact spots all the time. Furthermore it’s not very relaxing due to the open hall to the reception of the hotel. Would probably not go there again. Can’t tell anything about the hotel itself.

  The location is great and near the lake otherwise, all are average or lowpoor ventilation roomsno safe boxbreakfast is very low no varieties only eggs and tea/coffeeI belive the price is high for the hotel
