  I can’t say enough good things about this Hilton. The location is excellent, and every staff member we encountered was amazing. From check-in to check-out, the service was consistently outstanding. A special thank you to Chi at the front desk, who gave us great recommendations for our stay in Hanoi. We were also able to check in earlier than expected, which was much appreciated after our travels. After we settled into our room, we put the Do Not Disturb sign on and took a nap. While we were resting, the team delivered a thoughtful welcome gift with local fruits, treats, and a handwritten note. Later that evening, they called to apologize for knocking despite the DND sign. To our surprise, they sent up the most delicious tiramisu along with complimentary drinks at the bar and another handwritten apology note. It was completely unexpected and such a thoughtful gesture. This is the kind of service that leaves a lasting impression. The attention to detail, genuine hospitality, and care they showed made our stay truly memorable and world-class. I also highly recommend the spa. While there are plenty of inexpensive massage places around Hanoi, you truly get what you pay for. The therapists are highly skilled, knowledgeable, and professional. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

  It was my first time staying at a Hilton Garden Inn and I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff greeted us very warmly and had welcome drinks ready for us which were delicious. As a diamond member, I felt that they really went out of their way to accommodate my husband and I during our stay. The staff were extremely professional and eager to assist in any way. The room and hotel is slightly outdated in style but I really don’t think you can beat the location and the room I had was so quiet I could barely believe I was in the middle of Hanoi city center. The room I had was large and clean, the bathroom was large as well. They had complimentary water and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff there were also very friendly and eager to assist with anything. I would definitely come back to stay here again if I am back in Hanoi.

  I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Hanoi for the first time for three nights as a Diamond member. Aside from drainage and internet issues on the first night, the staff responded quickly and resolved everything, and the last two nights were extremely comfortable — I left feeling refreshed and energized. During my stay I used the ground-floor café, the second-floor restaurant, and in-room dining. The breakfast was delicious; I especially recommend the made-to-order pho — a light, warm way to start the day. We ordered cake from the café every day and tried every flavor; the pomelo cake is a standout — pleasantly sweet and not cloying. If you like burgers, don’t miss them — you can even order them to your room. Many thanks to the staff for their warm hospitality, especially Sky in the online support system who patiently helped me several times. I will definitely return to the Garden Inn and hope to see you all again soon.

  We booked 3 nights and 4 days stay at this hotel. We booked a suite and a standard twin beds . The suit is nice and spacious. The twin beds room was comfortable enough. The staff was exceptional in services. All went out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Shoutout to Nguyen who went out of her way to help me print out my boarding passes. The location of the hotel was very closed to every major attraction in Old Town Hanoi. Literally, you can walk to Hoang Kiem Lake, St. Joseph’s Cathedral. On checkout, the check out staff even offered to have a car took us to the airport free of charge. Full disclosure, I am a Hilton’s gold member so maybe that service extend to Hilton’s members. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

  Located in a relatively nice side of town. The staff is very friendly and speaks good English. The breakfast is excellent with delicious fruits, foods and pho. The rooms are extremely dated, with dingy stained carpet and few outlets. Also really didn't like that if you land your room the ac turns off and you come back to a very swampy room.

  A typical business hotel, no surprises. Room was spacious with all necessary amenities. Easy to locate and is 15 mins walk to the old quarter. The room service staff we dealt with was very helpful and provided timely support. Ordered meals portion size and taste was good. The room does look dated and dull because of their wallpaper and furniture colour choices. The room carpet carries a damp smell and needs to be cleaned given the room has no ventilation. Depending on the time of day, there may not be anyone to help you with luggage.

  Overall, it was a great experience.||Everything you need is in one location: an excellent restaurant with a wide range of international and Vietnamese options, a spa on the 11th floor, and a very smooth reception process—check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, though they will likely benefit from an update within the next few years.||The spa ( Alba Spa) offers many packages (massage and cosmetic treatments), and it’s spotless. The therapists were professional throughout.||I also used the on-site luggage storage while traveling for two weeks, then returned to Hanoi before my flight back to Europe—no issues at all.||Breakfast was very good, plenty of Vietnamese and international choices, a different soup every day, and a cook who makes excellent omelets.

  Excellent location in a neighborhood close to the downtown area. Facilities are a bit old but very clean and well-maintained. Incredibly comfy mattress and pillows.Front desk staff are super responsive, friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Nhi and Phuong who helped us with limousine booking and restaurant reservation.The Together & Co. restaurant on the first floor serves amazing pho.
