  One of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we received the warmest of welcomes from the staff - they could not have done anything more for us. The room was incredibly comfortable and had everything you could need. Breakfast was also great, with the option of freshly cooked meals. Even when the air conditioning was not working properly, fans were quickly provided without even asking. Cannot fault anything about our stay. Thank you more making our stay in Hanoi so special!

  Truly a magical place. The place smelled amazing as soon as you walked in. The service team greeted us at our car to bring in our luggage. We were welcomed with plum tea and dessert while we waited to be checked in. The team took us to our room and brought our bags up for us. There was one occassion where we arrive late in the evening and they still greeted us at the door enthusiastically. Loved the amenities, including toiletries in the restroom, spa on site, and resocmmendations for activities and dining. It was a fantastic experience. The family room my friends stayed in had a queen sized bed, but the room I shared with another friend were extra long twin beds. I wish all the rooms were queen sized or full beds.

  I stayed here for 3 nights, and without a doubt, this is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. First and foremost, the reception staff are absolutely outstanding. Alex in particular is the best hotel staff member I have ever encountered — warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. I actually looked forward to stopping by the front desk every day just because of him! The rooms are incredibly charming and beautifully decorated. As a solo female traveler, I also really appreciated the security features — the auto-lock doors and windows that don’t fully open gave me such peace of mind throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the welcome sweets and drinks upon arrival were a lovely touch that made me feel truly special from the very first moment. The only minor thing I noticed was that one of the bottles used for the homemade breakfast drinks had what looked like red mold on it — possibly not fully washed. It’s a small thing, but worth mentioning for hygiene purposes. Other than that one small detail, everything was perfect. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi, especially solo female travelers. I will absolutely be back the next time I visit!

  The staff truly went above and beyond! They surprised me with my room decorated for my birthday, which made the stay extra special. The service here is consistently warm, attentive, and professional, and the location in the Old Quarter is perfect for exploring on foot. The included breakfast was fantastic with a great variety. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

  My family and I recently spent a night at the JM Marvel Hotel for our quick trip to Hanoi. This hotel far exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond when it came to hospitality. From the moment our Grab driver dropped us off at the sidewalk, the JM Marvel staff welcomed us with open arms, opening the door for us and handling all our baggage. ||We then had the most comfortable check-in experience we've ever had, taking seats on comfortable couches with tea and cake service. Lyly helped us through the seamless check-in process with a smile and the most comforting assistance.||Once check-in was done, Lyly and a nice gentleman bellhop assisted us to our room and when we opened the door, we were greeted with a beautifully decorated room to celebrate my daughter's upcoming birthday. This was a surprise to all of us as we had not mentioned our daughter's birthday, but rather Lyly had seen on her passport that her birthday was approaching, so Lyly and her team decorated the room with balloons and a birthday banner to welcome us. This was such a special, unexpected treat!||Every moment thereafter was truly special at JM Marvel, as every time we needed to return to the hotel to rest during our adventures, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making sure we were completely taken care of in every regard.||This doesn't happen often for us, but we were sad to leave the hote because we enjoyed Lyly and her team so much that we didn't want the experience to end. We'll be sure to stay at JM Marvel Hotel when we visit Hanoi again, primarily because of how sweet and caring the team was.||As a side note: JM Marvel is very well situated within Hanoi's Old Quarter, as it is easily walkable to all of Hanoi's sights to see. ||The location of JM Marvel is very good and the team provides a level of service that can't be taught, but rather comes from the love and kindness within their hearts.

  Staying here 3 nights for our Hanoi trip! Everything was good! Their staff giving us super friendly and helpful info. At first, we only stayed here 1 night then we went to Halong Bay and back 3 days later but that night we continue our Sapa trip. But taking night train, Ms Trang is so helpful and arrange us to shower at their Spa’a bathrooms and provide us towels and shampoo. Ms Lyly is the best who help us made restaurants booking and provide info during our Hanoi trip. Really enjoyed our stays in Hanoi with their service.

  We had a fantastic stay and can't wait to return.||The housekeeping team did an amazing job, and our room was always spotless. Every member of the reception staff was warm, friendly, and professional. They were incredibly helpful with restaurant bookings and even took the time to help us with directions and local maps, which made exploring the area so much easier.||We headed off on an overnight cruise to Ha Long Bay, and the hotel kindly stored our luggage. When we returned for a few more nights, it genuinely felt like coming home. The staff are truly the jewels in this hotel's crown.||On our first night, we thought our son had lost his wallet. It turned out he had accidentally left it in the car that picked us up from the airport, and it was promptly returned to us the very next day. We were so grateful for the honesty and care shown.||Our room was gorgeous, and the rooftop bar was a real highlight—a lovely place to relax, enjoy the views, and have a drink or two.||Breakfast was good. While the selection wasn't extensive, there was enough variety to enjoy a satisfying start to the day.||Overall, the outstanding service, beautiful rooms, excellent location and genuine hospitality made this a memorable stay. We'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and we look forward to staying here again.

  My husband and I had an amazing time at JM Marvel not only because of its strategic location which is very near to cafe, restos and Hanoi’s attractions but mainly to its great customer service , the staff are very welcoming and accommodating. 5 👍👍👍 up to Ms. Lyly of Front Desk! The rooms are uniquely design. Clean and very spacious. The food is good but to improve more, I would suggest for more variations. Over all, its a 5⭐️⭐️⭐️!
