  I would give this place 10 stars if i could. The stay and rooms were fantastic. But what really takes it over the top was the service. The front desk staff and everyone who worked here was incredible. They were so friendly and kind and helped us plan our trip around Hanoi. I would also especially like to thank Anh who was fantastic and literally the highlight of our entire trip. She was so helpful and kind and made our experience the best it could possibly be. Any return trips to Hanoi and i will definitely stay here. Anh and the rest of the staff were amazing, they were so hospitable and kind and made the stay so special. Would recommend 10/10

  Great hotel located conveniently in the Old Quarter near the night market and Beer Street. You get a little bit of noise because of this but the reception staff were very accommodating in my request for a quieter room on a higher floor near the back of the hotel. The staff were very hospitable, kind and courteous- from reception to the bellhops and the breakfast staff - the service was amazing. They also allowed us to do a boxed takeaway breakfast for an early morning tour departure which was much appreciated. The rooms were huge, nicely decorated with a super large comfy bed. They also have a lovely sky bar with beautiful views of the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a excellent value, 4 star property in the Old Quarter.

  Stayed here for 1 night, such a good location in the thick of Hanoi Old Quarter. Room was really nice and quiet. Bed was so comfy. The staff are so lovely, friendly and helpful! Helped us with so much and went above and beyond. We’re so excited to come back at stay here again one day.

  The place was really clean and the staff was very helpful when it comes to helping us out plan our trips. They accommodated our requests and made sure everything will be convenient on our end. The food was great for breakfast and the location of the restaurant was so nice. Late at night, we also came up to the rooftop bar where we get discount as guests. I think the only downside is that during our last day, there was a downpour and the entire street was flooded. Staff was ready to help by providing a raincoat that would keep my feet dry, and even tied my skirt all the way up to my knee to keep it from getting soaked. But that wouldn’t stop me from giving it a 5 star rating.

  We stayed here for three nights while in Hanoi a few months ago, and the location was super convenient since it’s right in the heart of the Old Quarter near Beer Street. We came as a big family of around eight people, and all of us felt so welcomed throughout our stay. Everyone from the reception staff to the housekeepers to the kitchen staff were genuinely kind and hospitable. While my family personally enjoyed the lively atmosphere a lot, families travelling with very small kids might find the area a little overwhelming because of the crowds, noise, and proximity to Beer Street. That said, despite being so close to the busy area, the rooms were surprisingly quiet thanks to the great insulation. The breakfast was really good as well. On one of the days, some untouched food I had left in the fridge was accidentally thrown out during housekeeping, and on our last day the staff sweetly gave me dried fruits as an apology, which I really appreciated. Such a thoughtful gesture and overall a really lovely stay. Cảm ơn rất nhiều!

  Stayed here for 4 nights in Suite with balcony facing the lake. Able to watch the CNY fireworks from here. The reception and restaurant staff at level 9 which we had our breakfast all provided good services. Enjoyed my stay here with my family. Great location and enjoyed the breakfast here too. Walking distance to many places. Great food. Will come back to stay in this hotel again.

  I booked this hotel last minute for two nights as a solo traveller, and just based it off of good recent reviews. I was pleasantly surprised by just how nice this hotel is! The staff were so kind and welcoming from the moment I entered to the moment I left, the room was nice and comfortable with good air conditioning and comfortable bed. The location is fantastic for getting around, night life etc. and you'll be surprised how quiet it is inside the hotel when outside on the street is a party! The hotel is an escape and I genuinely loved my stay here, I would definitely recommend. Also the breakfast buffet is amazing! Would 1000% stay again, for the price it was perfect.

  Everything from breakfast to night was exactly how we needed it to be. We would eat breakfast, leave for a day trip and came back to a clean room. The customer service is extremely foreigner friendly, almost all staff speak english and they are happy to help us answer any questions we have. The food there tastes so good you will understand why they were awarded the best gourmet awards. The Sky Bar night view is 100 percent worth the visit. We had such a lovely experience with La Mejor and we definitely hope to be back again in the future!
