  The staff were exceptional and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. A special thank you to Sarah and Rosa for being so kind and accommodating, and to Tom for always being available whenever we needed anything. We also asked if we could leave some of our luggage at the hotel while we spent 5 days in Sapa so we wouldn't have to carry everything with us. They didn't hesitate to help. We even offered to pay for luggage storage, but they kindly declined and kept all of our belongings safe until we returned. That level of hospitality really stood out to us. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection, and the pho was amazing! (I ordered it every single morning) The location was perfect. It was literally a stone's throw from Hoàn Kiếm Lake, yet tucked away in a quieter, nicer area. Cafés, restaurants, shops, and everything you need were just a 3–10 minute walk away. The HK Buslines office was only a block away, which made our trip to Sapa very convenient, and the pick-up points for tours to Ninh Bình and Hạ Long Bay were also just a short walk away. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

  We stayed here for three nights and the reception were kind enough to contact us prior to our Vietnam trip of different tour packages they had at a discounted rate for their guests. We decided to book a one day Halong Bay day cruise and it was amazing. Appreciate the staff informing us upon arrival as well when we had to be ready in the lobby by for our day trip the following day. The receptionist was also kind enough to give us a map and notify us of nearby tourist attractions to visit and his favourite local restaurants which we loved! The staff were also very kind to gift us some sweets upon departure and even helped store our bags for an additional three days as we had to leave for the Ha Giang Loop where it’s advised to keep baggage minimal. The breakfast buffet was also delicious and there’s a great selection of food to choose from. I especially love the omelettes cooked here! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay near old quarter in Hanoi and you can expect to receive some of the best hospitality.

  I would like to thank the team, especially Sarah, Son, and Tom, for their great service and hospitality throughout my stay. The rooms were excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is also outstanding, right in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter, making it very convenient to explore the city. The breakfast was very good, with fresh and tasty options every morning. One suggestion for improvement would be to offer a wider variety of dishes and more selections to cater to different tastes. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

  Our family recently took a short trip to Hanoi, and without any recommendations, we happened to discover this hidden gem in the Old Quarter. From the outside, it doesn't look like a typical hotel. There are no bright lights or flashy neon signs, just a simple wooden gate. As soon as you step inside, you're welcomed by a wonderful natural fragrance that makes you feel like you've entered a peaceful secret garden. The warm hospitality from the staff made us feel comfortable from the very first moment. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and well equipped, and every detail reflects genuine care. What impressed us the most was the people. There was no distance between the staff and the guests. They made us feel like part of the family. A special thank you to Linh, Nhung, and Quang for your kindness, warmth, and heartfelt hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back the next time we visit Hanoi. Highly recommended!

The location is perfect—right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to walk to all the main attractions, cafés, and shops. The staff truly made my stay unforgettable. Bella and Rosa were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything I needed. Their warmth and genuine hospitality made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Another unexpected highlight was the excellent tailor shop located right next to the hotel. If you’re looking to have custom clothing made while you’re in Hanoi, I highly recommend stopping by—it’s so convenient and the quality is fantastic.   We stayed here for just one night, but it was a wonderful experience. The team was incredibly helpful, especially Robert, Sarah, and Kim, who took great care of us throughout our stay. Since we had an early morning departure, they kindly prepared breakfast earlier than usual to accommodate our schedule, which we truly appreciated. The staff were always attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Everything was perfect for our one-night stay. Thank you for the excellent hospitality. we would happily stay here again!

  Good location situated near to all the eateries and shopping. The hotel is very clean and the room is comfortable and spacious. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Helpful and informative with any questions. Kudos to Daniel who speaks well and very clear with the information given. The hotel bed is comfortable and with extra pillows provided. breakfast spread is good and eggs prepared fresh from kitchen. Highly recommended especially for couples.
