  This hotel is so great we added 3 extra nights to come back in July after travelling to other places in Vietnam. Fantastic location in the Old Quarter and near to everything. It’s the best welcome to a hotel we’ve had anywhere in the world...Jun and her colleagues and the doormen are amazing. They brought us drinks, carried our bags, checked us in a couple of hours early and Jun showed us to our room and advised us great places to visit. An Le is also fantastic, incredibly helpful and a lovely person, she remembers everything we need. Honestly, their customer service is crazy good, I’ve stayed at very expensive hotels around the world where service is nowhere near as good as this place. Very pretty room with a large incredibly comfortable bed, bedding and pillows. A safe in the room and hairdryer, kettle etc. The breakfast was included, served buffet style in the in-house restaurant...so much choice and loads of fresh food and a beautiful looking space. The same area is a restaurant the rest of the day called Red Bean and our server Cho was great. The rooftop bar is an attractive space, again great staff, great design and fantastic views across the city. This hotel was recommended to me by a London friend who stayed here, I’m now going to recommend it to everyone, it’s so good! I could live here.

  A beautiful, clean and classy hotel. Gorgeous bedrooms. Fabulous breakfast. Incredibly welcoming and helpful staff. Excellent location for exploring the old quarter, walking to the lake and other parts of Hanoi. Great views from the roof top bar! They organised a pick up from the airport for us and an early check in. We were welcomed with a smile and hot tea. We felt really well cared for. Thank you in particular to Jun who took great care of us during our stay 🥰

  La siesta ma may is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are not huge, but the totality of the hotel takes it to a different level. Every staff member is courteous, kind, and truly takes the opportunity to make your stay better at every turn. Delicious breakfast, recommendations for lunch and dinner, fantastic spa treatments, and personal touches at every corner. Don’t miss out on this hotel if you have the chance! Thank you La siesta for making our 10th anniversary trip amazing, and you’ve given every other hotel an extremely high standard to match.

  We had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we checked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable and the views were beautiful.||The location is perfect - close to all the main attractions but still quiet at night. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. |Special shoutout to the staff for making our trip memorable.||Highly recommend this hotel. Worth every penny. Can’t wait to come back!

  Hotel La Siesta Classic Ma May is located in the bustling Hoan Kiem district. It's eavy convenient to visit Hanoi's authentic food street and tourist attractions! The front desk staff was very helpful and offer us lots of information too. We also enjoyed a wonderful breakfast buffet Evry morning. They also provided the service of helping us to contact a laundrette to collect & deliver our laundry. Awesome!

  Amazing hotel and location. Excellent staff and customer service. Great location. Bed was large and comfy, nice quiet room. Best breakfast we had in Vietnam. Huge variety. Staff went out of their way to make you feel valued. Spa had some great deals and was high quality. Plenty of English tv shows to watch, restaurant was great. Loved the rooftop bar especially live music from jimmy. Great views. Highly recommend. Only thing missing was a swimming pool.

  We had an amazing stay at La Siesta Classic Ma May Hotel in Hanoi!||A special thank you to Duan, Martin, and Ann at the front desk. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist us. They made our trip so much easier, more enjoyable, and truly memorable. We really appreciate everything they did for us.||Our room was clean, comfortable, and well kept. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. The staff at the breakfast area, the front desk, and the Sky Bar were all kind, attentive, and provided excellent service.||Everyone made us feel so welcome. We are very happy with our stay and highly recommend La Siesta Classic Ma May Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. We would love to stay here again!||Thank you to the whole team for making our trip so special!

  Our stay at La Siesta Classic Ma May was absolutely wonderful, largely thanks to their incredible service and warm hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well-cared for.The rooms are beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and provide a peaceful oasis from the bustling city outside. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here; the housekeeping team does an immaculate job, ensuring every corner of the room is spotless and fresh throughout our stay.Another major highlight was the breakfast. The spread was fantastic, offering a delicious variety of high-quality local Vietnamese dishes and international favorites that gave us the perfect start to our days.If you are looking for a hotel with impeccable service, pristine rooms, and a top-notch breakfast, this is the place to stay. Extra thanks to Ms An Le for her care and assistance during our stay. We highly recommend it and cannot wait to return.
