  I had to switch to a room for one with a window, and then it was perfect for this price range. I stayed for almost two weeks. It's in a very nice and green neighborhood and has a kitchen if you'd like to cook. I would definitely stay here again.

  Spend a few days here, everything working and if something don’t work, they fix it fast. Soft bed Amazing ac Quite Cleaning daily with fresh coffee, tea, towels, sheets. Reasonable options for coffee, shopping, and eating nearby. I can see my self booking here again

  They just gave me the free ride , dint charge much to airport. They gave the bike 9am to 12 noon for free even when I insisted the lady in thr reception dint take a penny.

  Good vietnamese location out of the tourist zone local beer hoi 12k dong not 20k or 30k dong in the zone. Free condoms! tea, coffee water. Netflix

  Nothing good here. I booked a deluxe double with bathroom in a 4 star hotel with a bar, lounge, fitness room and sun deck. there are no deluxe doubles. ||||The hotel has no baths. There is no bar, no lounge, no fitness room and no sundeck. In fact we did not even have a window in our room. I say room when I clearly mean ‘cell’. ||||When challenged they told me ‘We have none of that, it’s called marketing’. ||||No that is called fraud. ||||This is clearly a 2 star hotel. If you add in the scooters being ridden through the foyer and the air conditioning not working one night, almost zero soundproofing plus the shower taking about 5 minutes to warm up you end up with probably the worst hotel I have stayed in. If you stay at this hotel after reading this then sorry but on your head be it.

  It was good the only thing is I forgot my airpods and it was located there but still they said they haven't found nothing.It was funny having some condoms

  Decent place. Stay was quite smooth and pleasant. My bathroom was just missing some hangers where to hang wet towels.

  I recently stayed at Le Grand Central Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely perfect — it’s right in the center, making it so easy to explore the main attractions of Hanoi, yet it still feels like a comfortable retreat.The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight, however, was the staff. They were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my time there, always ready with a smile and great local advice.
