  Stayed here one night and we liked it so much that we decided to stay another night! Thank you to Rachel (Linh) for a warm welcome and for being so accommodating for me and my friend. Rachel made sure we felt relaxed and had everything we needed for our trip. The breakfast was delicious and had many options. All the staff on reception and in the restaurant were so lovely and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are so comfortable! Thank you for an amazing stay!

  100% recommend this place! Everything is amazing. Compared to hotels with the same level, the price is really good. Standard rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was delicious. You can also choose ALC. Eggs benedict are absolutely delicious. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! I am very pleased with this hotel as the location is spot on.

  Exceptional service from the moment we set foot in Lệ Jardin, which was amazing after a 24 hour travel journey. We were greeted by Daniel who spoke English, and he served us with some beautiful violet lemonade, salted dried apricots and warm towelettes for our hands. He was patient with us as we asked a lot of questions having never visited Vietnam before, and he gave us many great recommendations! He continued to check in with us throughout our stay via WhatsApp which was also so nice when we had a question or needed another recommendation. He also helped us coordinate some of our laundry, our multiple check-in/check-outs as we took overnight trips to a few nearby areas, and even brought up a special honeymoon cake when we got to our room 🥲 The breakfast has been amazing, with many hot made to order options and a wide buffet. They even provided us with to go coffees (uncommon) when we had early morning departures for the day. They also had offered to create some breakfast boxes for us had we wanted them. We also did a couples massage experience at the nearby sister hotel spa called L’Amour, which was welcome to help us transition from US time on our first day. After using almost all of the services at Le Jardin, I can confidently say we would return again, and highly recommend this hotel for its incredible service, quality, and overall convenient location to the Old Quarter.

  Very helpful staff members, spacious rooms and great service. The breakfast buffet was okay and the views from the restaurant were great. All other amenities (eg Spa and rooftop bar) and the proactive and friendly staff made this a 5-star experience. We were also introduced what to do and eat for our stay in Hanoi when we first check-in. The map given was useful and informative. We didn’t know there was a night market! The location was alright. Old corner was a 10-20min walk, otherwise taking Grab is also an affordable alternative.

  I'm very pleased to convey my compliments and appreciation for the concierge Tracy and the entire staff of this wonderful hotel property. Your service standards, professionalism, courtesy and the services have been above board and very satisfying. Our overall stay in Le Jardin Haute Couture, Hanoi was smooth as silk and would be cherished in our memories. I would highly recommend this hotel property to everyone and love to be back here soon.

  Le Jardin Haute Couture was the perfect choice when it came to places to stay in Hanoi. This place had the atmosphere of a hotel that was cared for by its staff, who all looked happy to be there. The hotel was well situated in a convenient location, and I would have been happy to stay there longer if i had to. The room was cozy and perfect for my needs and it was clean, well kept and well presented. The breakfast team had everything in order and I was happy with the thoughtful selection of food on offer. I will definitely stay here again if I get the chance and I was overall very happy with the level of service I received. A special mention goes out to Sophie, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay in Hanoi was a memorable one from the moment i arrived. Her level of customer service was exceptional and her attitude, one of sincerity and professionalism, exceeded my expectations (and that is coming from someone who currently works in the hospitality industry in my home town). Overall i would highly recommend this boutique little hotel. The staff there were all wonderful and the service they provide is top notch. If you are looking for a quality, high end but budget friendly, place to stay in Hanoi, then this is the hotel for you. Thankyou to all the staff from Le Jardin Haute Couture. I look forward to returning here again sometime in the near future..

  We stayed for 5 days while in Hanoi. We had a great experience. Staff were all very friendly and helpful with reccomendations in town. Rooms were clean and breakfast was a nice way to start the day. Their sister hotel across the street had a great spa and coffee shop. Would stay here again....when in Hanoi. Rooms were a little noisy if you are a light sleeper.
