  The hotel is conveniently located right to Hoan Kiem Lake and it's also about a 5 minute walk from the Old Quarter. It's close to restaurants,stores and public transport. The hotel is just off the main through a small alley. The room was clean and comfortable. I stayed in 2 different rooms.The staff is friendly and will assist you with airport shuttles ,tours or any other information you require.

  Hotel is clean and spacious. Location is good just few walks away from michelin star restaurants. plus their service is exceptional!! all of their staffs are kind and helpful they let us stay at the hotel lobby for couple of hours while we wait for our Bus to Sapa. 🫶🏻

  First of i want to thank Jenny a million times and the staff of little hanoi hotel. Jenny went extra mile helping us with regards to our documents. Highly recommended this hotel if you are staying in old quarter hanoi vietnam. Everything is walking distance to this hotel. Kudos to all the staff.

  The room was clean and well maintained, with daily housekeeping service. The location is close to Hoan Kiem Lake and within walking distance of cafés and souvenir shops. The staff were friendly, especially Jenny, who kindly provided recommendations for nearby cafés and assisted with airport transfer services. The only thing that didn’t meet my expectations was the location, as it is accessed through a small alley. However, considering the price, it was not a problem for me.

  We stayed here for two nights. The hotel was basic, clean and mid range comfortable. The place is very well located and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place if you are on a budget but want somewhere near most of the attractions that’s comfortable and quiet.

  We stayed at the property for a night and two days. Legit had to change because of the shoddiest management and didnt wanna ruin the start of fabulous trip. Booked it via Expedia where you see stellar reviews. cut to our experience very similar to the one posted here. Seems legit about wait and a sewage dump water way behind in the balconies not facing the lake. We reached for check in at 3pm on the day we landed. No help or contact was there to help us check in. we had booked two apartments, but they said they dont have our booking. its almost 2 hours before someone finally arrived and then also it was hassle trying to figure out the booking for flat. in the end we got the bigger 4 bhk apartment but only when our agent raised hell with his person based in hanoi. The house is nice but in the same price you get better service, hospitality and gurantee of carefree stay. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE STRESS FREE VACATION.

  This is a SCAM! You book the room in the pictures and when you arrive they take you to another completely different fiat unsafe, dirty with no terrace or balcony!!! I booked two bathrooms and the terrible flat the owner took me was 1 bathroom! Neither booking.com or the property or AGODA “the booking partner took responsibility for this scam. They took my money and no answer. Avoid this place if you don’t want terrible surprises!
