  I had a wonderful stay at the Mövenpick Hotel Hanoi and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The location is excellent—centrally situated, making it easy to explore Hanoi’s key attractions, restaurants, and cultural spots. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Their warm hospitality and attentive service really stood out and set the tone for the entire stay. The check-in process was smooth, and every interaction felt friendly and professional. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet. There was a wide variety of high-quality options, catering to both local and international tastes. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and delicious—a perfect way to start the day. Overall, the Mövenpick Hotel Hanoi offers a great combination of location, comfort, and exceptional service. I would definitely stay here again.

  During what was supposed to be a 3 night stay in the Movenpick Hanoi, my husband and I had a great impression of the hotel. The room was lovely, clean and spacious. There were lovely breakfast options and the pool area was fabulous. During any interactions we had with staff, we found them to be kind and friendly, offering advise on things to see and do in Hanoi. When a medical issue resulted in extending our stay here, to say the staff went above and beyond would be an understatement. The kindness and compassion shown to us my each staff member, right up to the General Manager Thomas, was incredible. The help we were given was so appreciated and extending our stay was so simple. During our unplanned extra time in the hotel, the staff went out of their way to speak to us and make sure we were looked after. We cannot thank each staff member enough, they are a credit to the hotel. Could not recommend this hotel anymore.

  Located in Hanoi centre, the hotel was comfortable and fairly priced. Staff were helpful and the room was warm and inviting. Couldn’t fault anything about the room - cleanliness to the comfort of the bedding was on point. Breakfast on level 2 was good with a wide selection including freshly squeezed juice. The gym on level 3 wasn’t very basic and has enough equipment for a basic workout. No windows though so it was pretty dark. Will be back again :)

  The hotel is really nice. Comfortable n spacious bedroom, there is also bathtub in the bathroom. Great job for the front office team who are kind and helpful in assisting our arrival and also when we need to depart really early morning. Takeaway breakfast is really complete with several varieties and so tasty. We also mentioned in the email during reservation that 1 of us will have birthday on the departure date and they manage to help us with the birthday cake to celebrate it early morning. Thanks to Reservation team Ms. Nguyen Trang and Ms. Tam for the detailed assistance prior to our arrival. Also many thanks to Pak Thomas, GM and all of the team who makes our stay become memorable.

  I had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Hotel Hanoi Centre during the International Fan Meet 4.0 event, and the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment we checked in, the staff welcomed us with genuine warmth and professionalism, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed with comfortable beds, elegant interiors, and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The housekeeping team maintained the rooms exceptionally well. One of the highlights was the food. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety of international and local dishes, fresh fruits, salads, pastries, and delicious desserts. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The chocolate cake and desserts were especially memorable! The hotel also provided excellent facilities, including a clean swimming pool, a well-maintained fitness area, and inviting common spaces to relax after a busy day of activities. Hosting the International Fan Meet 4.0 here was a fantastic choice, as the event spaces were well organized and the staff ensured everything ran smoothly. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore Hanoi while still enjoying a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. Overall, Mövenpick Hotel Hanoi Centre delivered an outstanding combination of comfort, hospitality, great food, and premium service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi, whether for business, leisure, or special events. Looking forward to staying here again

  I’ve been to Hanoi many times, but this was my first stay at this property—and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is hard to beat: within a 20-minute walk to the Old Quarter, yet removed from the hustle and bustle. The amenities are top-notch. The lounge was especially enjoyable—quiet, with a great selection of snacks and a well-curated breakfast. I was also warmly welcomed by the General Manager, Mr. Thomas Evrard, upon check-in, which was a thoughtful touch. Miss Quỳnh at the lounge was consistently courteous and took excellent care of me throughout my stay. The only minor drawback was some construction noise from the street at night, though it was manageable with earplugs. I would gladly stay here again—and the dim sum at the Macanese restaurant is truly outstanding, easily a 10 out of 10.

  We had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Hotel Hanoi Centre. The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore Hanoi's attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The property is neat, clean, and very well maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay.||A special thank you to the front desk team for their kindness and flexibility in upgrading our room from a queen bed to a king bed upon request. This thoughtful gesture made our stay even more comfortable and was greatly appreciated.||The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast. It is one of the best breakfast spreads we have experienced, with an incredible variety of both international and Vietnamese cuisine. The freshly prepared sushi, authentic Bánh Mì, delicious rice wraps, and even sorbet ice cream were outstanding. Every morning offered something new to enjoy, and the quality of the food was exceptional.||Another delightful touch was the daily Chocolate Hour in the evening, a signature Mövenpick experience that added a sweet surprise to our stay and was enjoyed by guests of all ages.||We would also like to sincerely thank the hotel staff for their thoughtful hospitality in preparing packed breakfast boxes for us on the mornings of our day trips to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Bình. This considerate gesture ensured that we didn't miss the excellent breakfast despite leaving early and truly reflected the team's commitment to guest satisfaction.||The staff throughout the hotel were warm, courteous, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality, combined with the excellent food, comfortable rooms, and prime location, made our stay truly memorable.||Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi. We would happily stay here again on our next trip.

  We really enjoyed our 5 nights at Mövenpick Hanoi. Chocolate hour was a highlight for my child even though I couldn’t indulge as I’m coeliac and nothing is labelled gluten free. The breakfast was delicious and I was able to request gluten free bread which came out from the kitchen warm and delicious. The hotel is situated near the historic gaol which was a great place to visit. The staff are helpful and friendly.
