  Lovely hotel, right in the very heart of old quarter. Right in the hustle and bustle and yet the rooms are so quiet you can hear anything! Our room had an inward window so no view which was the only downside but to be expected for a small inner city hotel. And the breakfast have been great everyday. They are comfortable and clean and the staff are wonderful... id highly recommend this little gem of a hotel!

  The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was not very big but nice and cozy. I like that they have conditioner and body lotion in the rooms as well. Breakfast was okay, a lot of fruit and you could order in other foods not from the buffet. The location is really good, very close to a lot of places and shops. Would recommend

  I had the pleasure of staying in this hotel during my stay in Hanoi and I couldn’t have loved it more. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were clean! All the food including breakfast and room service were absolutely delicious and absolutely worth the money. The location is perfect, there’s shops and restaurants just outside but even though you’re in the middle of everything the rooms are quiet so your sleep isn’t disturbed. Most importantly the staff are absolutely amazing, I will be forever grateful for these kind people making my birthday(/week), especially Lyanna! They had smiles on their faces all day and helped with any problems I had day to night. I also want to mention Andrew and Richie who were phenomenally helpful! All the staff go above and beyond I wish I could give them a 10 star review. Thank you so much!

  This is a very nice small hotel located right in the heart of the old quarter. The staff are extremely pleasant and welcoming, which made our stay enjoyable. The hotel sits directly on the weekend market street, which is closed to vehicles every evening and night from Friday through Sunday—something to keep in mind if you’re arriving late on those days. Breakfast is practical and simple, not fancy, but I really enjoyed it. The location is excellent: step right out of the hotel and you’re on the walking street weekend night market, full of local food and atmosphere. Hoan Kiem Lake is only a 2‑minute walk away, making it perfect for morning or evening strolls. Overall, a cozy hotel with great service and an unbeatable location for exploring Hanoi’s old quarter.

  Perfect location! Night markets right outside hotel on the weekends. So much to do around Old market and lake location. All staff very friendly and kind. Reception spoke English which we didn’t expect since it’s Vietnam but appreciate. They arranged transportation to/from airport for us. Breakfast was amazing. We would come back again and again to this hotel anytime we are in Hanoi.

  An absolutely exceptional stay at the Oriental Suites Hotel & Spa! Everything was perfect from start to finish: the quality of the service, cleanliness, comfort, the hotel’s elegance, its ideal location in the heart of the old town, and above all the kindness of the staff—at a level you rarely encounter. A huge thank you to Sabrina from Guest Relations, who greatly contributed to making our stay unforgettable. Always smiling, attentive, professional, and a great listener, she embodies the hotel’s excellence in service all by herself. You truly feel welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for. That said, the entire team was remarkable: availability, politeness, warmth, and a true sense of authentic hospitality that made all the difference. You can feel a genuine desire to please the guests. I recommend this hotel without hesitation and will definitely return. A rare address where excellence and humanity go hand in hand.

  Hanoi hotel |Their staff were amazing and their service were first class. |We were extremely impressed with how they made a huge comfortable bed for the three children.|The buffet breakfast was amazing too as we could order piping hot dishes. |They were also very alert to our needs and rush to inform us our driver is here when we have not even realised it and very helpful in helping us cross the busy streets with luggage. |My kids are extremely happy with the staff in this hotel.

  I stayed in a Junior Suite for two nights, from 16th to 18th January 2026. The hotel’s location was excellent—right in the city center. It is especially ideal for a Friday and Saturday stay, as the night market is located right at the doorstep, making it very convenient and lively.
