  I needed a large block of rooms near the airport for a group in an emergency. I decided to try paragon first (3 min taxi ride from airport, also walkable). ms li at the front desk hooked it up big time. saved us. pool is great with view of planes. rooms are totally fine and clean. this is exactly a 3 star place. they picked us up from airport with a small van 3x to get the whole group. food was decent, breakfast is not spectacular but good and opens early. neighborhood doenst have much going on but it’s authentic. pho place next door is good. there’s a small playground and town square for gathering at night. Prices are very fair for the value and location and service. Paragon and Ms. Li I’ll always remember you.

  Great location if you need a close-by room if you are transitting in Hanoi for your next flight. It’s just a 15-min walk from the airport. However when I arrived in Hanoi it was raining and I hopped into a cab for VND200,000. The ride took all of 2 minutes 🙂 Should have organised a pickup from the hotel as it was just VND100,000 Checking in was a breeze. The room was basic but clean. However the shower tended to pool a bit. The rooftop pool had great views of the airport Given the weather cleared up I decided to walk back to the airport the next morning. It was easy with mostly pedestrian path all the way. Would not recommend if you had lots of luggage though.

  Max 5 mins from the airport- easy grab or taxi ride. Hotel is good if you need to be close to the airport. The hotel has big clean rooms, comfortable and they have a fridge, safe, tv and bath robes to use. The rooftop pool is excellent too. Staff are eager to please and very helpful. They arranged a car transport to the hotel when ours didn’t arrive. Breakfast included was good - we loved the eggs! They’ll also make you noodles

  I stayed at Paragon Noi Bai Hotel after arriving on a red-eye flight, and it was a great choice. The hotel is only about 5 minutes from the airport, which made it very convenient after a late arrival. Even though I arrived at around 2:00 AM, they kindly held my room for me, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had a really nice rest. There is also a store right beside the hotel, which is very helpful for quick essentials. A special thank you to Yen, who was amazing. I accidentally left my sweater, and she kept it safely until my departure. I was able to drop by the hotel before heading to the airport to collect it, which I really appreciated. You can also easily contact the hotel via WhatsApp, which made communication very convenient. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay near the airport. I would definitely recommend it.

  The hotel is very near the airport, so convenient. But the room smelled like cigarettes - we had to request to change rooms, which they accommodate quickly. In the morning, our car was late, but thankfully the passport control and security were quick.

  This hotel is good for a short stay where proximity to the airport is key (definitely not a base for visiting Hanoi - very little else in the area). Very good value for money - our 1 night stay was less than AUD$55 (USD$40) for a "deluxe double" room with balcony, breakfast (for 2), water/tea/coffee and 1 way airport transfer. We later added on a late check out (up to 6pm) for a further 50% of the room rate due to a late night flight. The room itself was more spacious than we were expecting for the price, bed was ok (a little harder than I like, but that's personal preference), but there was a smell when we entered the room (not offensive - perhaps overzealous use of cleaning products). The bathroom was quite nice, although showing signs of age (eg some spots of mould in grout) and towels were very small and thin. The common areas (hallways, lift etc) were a little tired & worn. The staff were helpful, but somewhat detached. The restaurant had a limited but reasonable range of both western and Vietnamese food which we enjoyed, and was inexpensive. Breakfast was mixed - items in the buffet weren't really warm enough (even by normal buffet standards), but the cook brought around freshly cooked items (eggs, bacon, sausages) and offered to each table before she placed the remainder in the heating trays - so we were very happy to have hot, freshly cooked food. The standout of this hotel is the rooftop pool, complete with fantastic view of the airport runway - we spent a few restful hours reading, swimming (although a little cold for me in March) and plane-spotting. In short - you get what you pay for. This hotel isn't perfect, but it's in a great location for the airport, has all the facilities needed for a short stay and very inexpensive.

  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful and very friendly throughout our visit, always making us feel welcome and comfortable. The location is very convenient, especially being close to the airport. One of the highlights was the top floor swimming pool where you can enjoy watching planes take off and land — such a unique and relaxing experience. Highly recommended

  The room was incredibly clean and very well furnished! The balcony was so cute, there was a mini fridge, a hair dryer, a safe and bathrobes! The bed was very big and comfortable and we had a vanity table as well. They were willing to do quick airport pick up and drop offs for a minimal amount. The location is very very close to the international terminal and very good for transit. And incredibly, their windows are so soundproof that you don't get disturbed at all by the sound of the airplanes. For the price, the stay and service was incredible! Thank you so much for having us!
