  We loved our stay here. It was a fun Victorian feel for us. Everyone was exceptionally helpful and nice. We will stay again. Location is great. Close to everything you need and the lake at night was a very relaxing walk. Breakfast was good as well!

  Five stars aren't enough for the staff at Royal Holiday Hanoi Hotel. Kevin and Ella are exceptional people who go out of their way to help and assist the hotel guests. Even though I only stayed one night, they treated me like I had been staying there for weeks and helped me book taxi, bus booking, tour advice, food recommendations, luggage storage and never hesitated to answer any questions. I would loved to stay longer but the hotel was sold out. I wish them the best and hope to stay with them again if I return to Hanoi. Thank you Kevin and Ella :)

  We had a pleasant stay at Royal Holiday Hanoi Hotel. Except for one request they missed. I asked that our room be cleaned after 2 days, since we also stayed here from February 3-6. Their breakfast is a lot even if it’s not buffet. Very well prepared. The servers are attentive to our needs. Generally, from the  staff from reception and others are helpful. I still highly recommend this hotel. Location is perfect, near to restaurants, shopping, and lake.

  A really good accommodation for anyone. Nice and clean with elegance mixed into this homy hotel. Service is superb and fast. Excellent breakfast. Will surely come back and book this hotel.

  Our stay at Royal Holiday Hanoi was terrific. Everything went off smoothly from check in to check out. We stayed 3 nights. Ella and Tung at front desk were very attentive and guided us very well. The room we took was a large family room almost 45 sq mtr. All amenities were given and nothing more was needed. Very comfortable and the location of this hotel is barely 100 mtrs from the famous lake. Everything is close by and evenings during Christmas and new year times are great. The food given as breakfast was not buffet, but quite substantial. They offer 2 dishes of everything and its all freshly made. It’s a small hotel like most of the hotels in the old quarter, but you must stay in this locality to experience Hanoi. I definitely recommend this hotel and I too shall return soon.

  I had a pleasant stay overall.The staff were always kind, friendly, and willing to help whenever needed. During my stay, I encountered an unexpected issue, but I appreciated the way it was ultimately handled and resolved by the team.I particularly appreciated the breakfast concept. Rather than a buffet, everything is prepared to order from a menu of sweet and savoury options, which means fresher food, less waste, and a much better overall experience.The hotel offers a welcoming atmosphere and attentive service, making it a good choice for anyone visiting the area.One small suggestion for the team would be to keep the hallway landings clear of large housekeeping and laundry carts whenever possible. Maintaining these common areas free from clutter would further enhance the sense of cleanliness, order, and comfort that guests appreciate when returning after a long day of sightseeing and activities.

  I had a nights stay here. The location is why you’d want to stay here. Staff are excellent and helpful. The place is surrounded with lots of food choices. The rooms are clean although the furniture and decor maybe showing age. However, it isn’t a big deal breaker. For what I paid this place was great value for money.

  The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet despite our room having a street view. The street was not overwhelming and relatively calm despite being so close to the lake. Breakfast was also delicious and made to order!
