  Ulis is definitely one of the top foreign language univerities in the North of Vietnam in particular and in Vietnam in general. Lecturers are all excellent at their field. I'm really happy and honor to study in such a leading university like Ulis, and never regret choosing Ulis as a part of my youth. I'd like to thank all of the dedicated lecturers who taught me the crucial knowledge so that I could be me in today. Thank you!

  This review isn’t about the University itself. However if you want cheap and local food which Vietnamese University students eat daily you can go there. There’re a bunch of stalls and restaurants offering a huge variety of food and drinks which are significantly cheaper than most you can find in Hanoi.

  Students were so tired because the teacher was taking too much time for telling meaningless things to them. The pigeons finding bread crumbs outside spent better time🦆
