  HONEST REVIEW! Fantastic laundry service! We had our clothes washed, ironed, and folded beautifully within just 2 hours and they even delivered it straight to our hotel since we couldn’t make it back before closing. I separated the colours from the whites, had no issues as previous posters, which included linen clothing. Everything came back spotless and perfectly packed, ready to go straight into our luggage for the next leg of our trip. I opted not to pay beforehand, but the owner was so kind and flexible, even offering to stay back an extra 30 minutes for us. Thankfully, I was able to transfer the payment easily via Wise. Excellent service, super fast turnaround, and truly wonderful customer care. Highly recommend! ✨🧼🧺✨

  8 lbs of laundry, washed, cleaned, folded (smelling great) and delivered (for additional fee). Super friendly staff, no BS, straight to the point and saving everyone time. Rules clearly stated on wall, very transparent and honest. Best laundry experience while traveling! Would recommend!

  Sent our clothes and shoes with tons of mud (i’m so sorry for this) on them and came back pristine white. The clothes were done within 4 hours and they came back smelling fresh and there was no musky smell you get when it is not dried indoors properly 🫶

  Excellent laundry service! The staff is extremely attentive and friendly. It’s not self-service—you just drop off your clothes and they take care of everything. We got all our items back perfectly clean, folded, and ironed. I even left a pair of sneakers that were very dirty, and they came back looking like new, all within just 4 hours. Highly recommended!

  Brought 4kg of clothes and a pair of shoes to clean! So affordable. Due to shoes, they had it ready in about 20hrs since the shoes had to dry. It smelled so good and was perfected folded and nice and compact when I received it. I’m back in Hanoi again so I plan on going there again tomorrow for a 2 hr wash! Since it’s just for clothes this time. I had a linen top and no wrinkles! So amazing.

  Excellent service. Prices and services are clearly posted. I asked for one item to be line dried rather than put through the dryer, and this was no problem. We picked up our laundry a few hours early the next day, and it was ready and folded. When we returned to our hotel, I noticed my line-dry item was missing and immediately guessed it had still been on the line when we arrived. I sent a message via WhatsApp, got an immediate response, and my item was delivered to my hotel later in the day free of charge. Everything was fresh and clean smelling. A great experience!

  Wonderful customer service!! Laundry was done really quickly, and clothes were clean and smelled great!! Now after one month travelling, we get to put all the clean clothes back in the closet without worrying about tons of laundry!! Highly recommend this business!!

  Avoid if you have whites in your wash. My white top and shorts are now pink and red. Don’t bother you can find better elsewhere. They do not separate your wash.
