  The best laundry service I have ever received in my life! Very reasonable price and the lady is awesome. Before and after pictures included! And the clothes smell great. If you are doing laundry in Hanoi, go here.

  This is the first time I've ever not done my own laundry on vacation and was a little skeptical but what an amazing job! Turn around in about 30 hours or so, even fixed our broken laundry bag without asking! The laundry spot was directly across the street from our hotel so vey convenient. Thanks again!

  I’m very happy with the laundry service! My clothes had several tough stains before, and they came back looking much cleaner and well cared for. You can tell that a lot of time and attention went into the cleaning process. The service was friendly, professional, and reliable from start to finish. I truly appreciate the effort and would definitely use this service again. Highly recommended!

  Easy communication before drop off. Updated when washing was completed. Very fair pricing. Shoes came out amazing and also did stain removal on a pair of white linen pants which couldnt be removed after three normal washes prior but came out amazing. Highly recommend.

  Someone below said the owner is a wizard and I think she is! I can’t believe how she got the Banh mi sauce stains out of my white pants but she did! 😂 Super easy comms via whatapp, she will keep you informed and answer any questions. We were leaving the next day and she was able to do an express wash and was done by the evening. We’ve been travelling for a few months and have had some exceptional laundry hospitality, little did I know it could get any better! Thank you so much ☺️

  We are more than satisfied with this laundry service. We had items with large, stubborn stains and significant discoloration that we thought were impossible to remove. The results were outstanding – the clothes look like new again. The before-and-after pictures clearly show the incredible difference and the high level of care and professionalism. Excellent service, great attention to detail, and truly impressive results. We can highly recommend this laundry service and will definitely use it again.

  Incredible service, went above and beyond with before and after pictures and pointed out stains that had been removed. Express service was amazing and done within 9 hours. Best laundry in Hanoi!

  The absolute best laundry service in Hanoi. Our clothes were filthy and BBB Laundry had them smelling and looking super duper clean! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
