This is my second time booking a tour with Daily Vietnam Tour, and this time I made the reservation online. Ms. Liên, who assisted me, provided concise and highly effective guidance, highlighting all the key points of the trip. It was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. Throughout the journey, there was always someone taking care of me. They regularly checked in about my itinerary, asked if I had any difficulties, and were always ready to answer my questions. At every stage of the trip—whether it was along the route, at ticket checkpoints, or when unexpected issues arose—the team handled everything quickly and smoothly. Overall, I had an amazing experience and truly appreciated the professionalism and support.

I had a wonderful trip to Ha Long Bay, and it was truly amazing. Ms. Lien, a staff member at Vietnam Daily Tour, was very enthusiastic. I booked the tour for July 17th, but I informed her quite late, on the evening of July 16th. However, in the end, I successfully booked it. That’s so amazing! I had the opportunity to be guided by Mr. Nam. He is very talented; he smoothly handled all tasks and schedules. There were a few minor incidents, which are unavoidable in any large job, but he handled them very professionally. Throughout the journey, I had an excellent experience and laughed all day. I met many new friends. Finally, thank you to everyone for everything.

We booked The Ninh Binh one day tour with Daily Vietnam tour. Our tour guide and driver was nice and friendly. Once leaving Hanoi we realised different parties on the bus had booked different things to go and see in Ninh Binh. Meaning we would have to wait for eachother while the bus took ppl to different places. We ended up skipping Trang An.. which i regret. I really wish Daily Vietnam tour would have communicated this before the tour started. Highlights of the day was Mua cave. The tour is very resonable priced and I did feel no matter what company you travel with the itinery and timing is similar if u do a day tour. It do feels a bit rushy and you spend a lot of time travelling in the bus. We only spent 1 h at Mua cave which i found a bit short. Tam coc river was fun, they row with their feet. Nature is absolutely stunning. Just be prepared while going on the river tour (not Daily Vietnam tour)that the rowers and locals on the way are very pushy trying to sell you things. The rowers also expect a hefty tip. If you want little more time.. it is defiently worth booking the tour where u spend 1 night in Ninh Binh.

We family of three took Trang Ann tour on 7th Dec 18 from Daily Vietnam tour company, Worst tour guide ever we have seen in Vietnam. I can’t recall tour guide name but he was very immature for this tour guide job & had bad attitude to talk back, I was very angry when he shush 🤫 me, what the hell he thinks of himself. Firstly when he picked up us, we got seats at the last row, but after the first break, we informed him please arrange seat in middle or front in return journey as backside is very bumpy. We asked him to tell the driver to drive carefully in bumpy area & he said, later he will give us seat while going back. He gave rubbish reasons that all local travelers are Car sick when we asked him arrange our seats in front/middle while going back. Were the all 10-15 local people car sick? this is too much! Also he said, we should give minimal tip of 5 USD to the boat rider, why? He was Very unprofessional & had manners less body language when we were taking pictures before leaving Muva Cave. Also on TOP of that No proper tour information/history was shared about location. When I said I will feedback to his company then he talks back & shush 🤫 me & says that I can go ahead & give feedback to his company, he doesn’t care. Looks like to me, we were not welcome to his tour except for locals, this is the second time we have seen that front seats are given to locals only and all foreigners were supposed to seat back on last seats of car. On our last day of Vietnam tour, we ended up having bad experience/memories, instead of taking good memories with us 😔.
