  Highly recommend this spot for great service and super fast laundry. We came here twice during our stay in Hanoi. Dropped off our clothes in the morning and they delivered it back to our hotel in the afternoon. Our clothes were neatly folded, packed and wrapped. Most of all, it smelt amazingggg!! Thanks to the family for being so kind and 10/10 communication!

  Shoes are as good as new. Drop off at 9am, delivered to hotel at 4pm. Speak perfect English, payable by credit card. Textable via whatapps. The alteration service is great too.

  Fast and great service! Also very easy to communicate with through WhatsApp, with fast responses. Able to drop off laundry in the area really easily. As well as great pricing! Would highly recommend getting laundry cleaned here.

  We needed to wash clothing after traveling multiple days in Vietnam, but were never in one place long enough to schedule. We found Express Laundry and messaged them after hours. They picked up early the next day from one hotel and delivered the following day to a different hotel while we were away on a tour. Great service! Thank you!

  Needed a quick repair to my rucksack, paid a little more to have it done right away - and the result is a great fix. Fantastic English speaking staff too Edit: unfortunately the bag tag they sewed in for me broke almost immediately at the airport

  I dropped off both clothes and shoes here. The clothes came back clean and nicely dried, so I was happy with that. However, I strongly do not recommend using their shoe cleaning service. While the shoes looked clean at first, they were returned completely wet and wrapped in a plastic bag, so I had to bring them back again. The next day, the shoes were dry, but they had such a strong odor that I couldn’t wear them. I had to return them once more, and although the smell was slightly reduced, it still lingered. I won’t be using their shoe cleaning service again.

  brought white and black clothes in separate bags to be washed separately. as a result, they washed everything together, the white clothes turned gray, they lost socks and put someone else's dirty sock to my bag. it seems that there was almost no powder in the laundry
